So finally Buffalo is moving,rather slow... in the last 1 week i have heard 4 cases from Buffalo getting 2nd AOR,all May applicants
Seems like the average waiting time for 2nd AOR from BUFFALO is 90-100 days..Patience is the name of the game...

All the best to friends who have already got 2nd AOR,and Patience for all of us waiting for it.
