What does your E-CAS show? In Process with Date or In process with RBVO? And when did your E-CAS change to In Process?

I feel they are prioritizing based on NOCs too, as you are O level.

That's wonderful news!
Congrats brad.

I guess they have also requested for the passports and landing fees?
Wish you the best in the journey forward.

Thanks STS and ALL.

Im not sure if they asked for passport (I'm waiting for the mail from consultancy) and I think it will be asked after Medical form verification. Landing Fee? You mean RPRF? I'm thinking to send with Medicals to avoid further delays.

Brad.

Hi All,

I haven't been checking my status since 2 weeks but today when I checked my status it has changed to in-process from RBVO. But when I click in-process, the status is same as RBVO.

Is this something normal? Should I contact CHC new Delhi for some clarification. Any help would be appreciated.

"We received your application for permanent residence on April X, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July XX, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review. We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on JulyXX, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you"

Hi rao_manoj2004,
Many of us are now in the same status as yours i.e. (In Process with RBVO details). My status changed to the same on 8th March and there is no change till today ::) So pl. get ready for a long wait as there are ppl. on this forum whose status changed in Jan. or before and are still waiting and CHC ND is no longer processing cases as fast as it did earlier.
You can be almost sure of getting Med. Request if you see the line with the words "We started processing your case ..." on clicking In-process details (though there are exceptions to this also). Pl. inform in case this happens.

I don't understand why they are not doing this for all people with same FTD's...they are doing it for some and remaining are RBVO....they only know what they are upto

Hi STS,
I checked with my consultancy again. As you said, passport and landing fee is also requested. I'm waiting for the mail, get medical's done and send them ASAP.

Wising you and all get the same good news.

it is gr8 news....it means person having submitted there files in August receiving their medical now

Hi Folks,
If it is a bad news or even worse.

I have received Medical form, Passport request and RPRF scan copy from my consultancy (Courier on way). I'm very much worried after seeing the date on the form is 1st April 2011 and they asked me to submit all above in single package withing 45 days of this letter date (it says no extension on this and application will be refused).

When I checked with my consultancy they told that package envelope was sent by new delhi office on 13th April and was received on 10th May 2011 for some reasons(My consultancy didn't notice the date at this time).

++ With this proof can I call Immigration call center number tomorrow (if possible, file a case) and find possible way to proceed on my file?
++ Since my package from my consultancy is couriered and is on way, can I take photo copy of my medical form to medical center and go through medical tests?

What are the options I have? Any pointers will be helpful.

P.S. My e-case status shows In Process with date of processing.

Regards
Brad
