FULL DOCS TO NEW DELHI CHC IN AUGUST 2010 >>>>>>>>

email delhi chc about it, with proof of delivery date of docs if possible.

Brad,

Please write to the ND CHC office requesting them an extension and specifically quoting the key dates (sent/received etc.). I am sure ND office will allow you the extension under current circumstances. Meanwhile, also check with the local DMP as to when is the earliest that you can come in for a medical exam. Quote this date also to the ND visa office. You will need to sent a mail/fax to the New Delhi office. The online query system does not seem to be working too well for the last few months.

u r really lucky man. u sent full documents in AUGUST 2010 and got medicals, and i sent full documents in JUNE 2010, and still nothing.
good luck for the rest of the procedure
 
Hi Guys,

CIC website has been updated with latest processing times.

It's 14 months till March 2011. It will increase more in the next update.

Does CHC, New Delhi can visit at Employer's place for the physically inquiry of Employee....???
 
Guys, as per my consultant, CHC is currently processing full docs submitted in June-July 2010 and average time to review docs is 10 months right now.

I don't know how far this is true
 
yes they can if they feel so...and not satisfied with docs. or telephonic inquiry...

Notify them all these things with some detailed email and also ask them some extension and if its possible do fax them and keep safely the sent fax record.
 
I think we will see any change after July 1st only as this year's visa quota is full and new quota will start from July 1st.

Hi everyone,

My ECAS Status is IN Process with RBVO Details inside since 31st Jan 11. Many people on this forum says its a bug its not actually in process. Can anyone confirm if someone received medicals while on the same status. or Is it a good idea to enquire abt this status from CHC ND. Please let me know if someone already contacted CHC ND regarding ECAS Bug & what was their reply ?
