FULL DOCS TO NEW DELHI CHC IN AUGUST 2010 >>>>>>>>

EVERYTHING FINISHED FOR ME.........I hv got rejection frm CHC ND....but d reason is realy surprising me...they said ....they r nt satisfied wid my employment nd r nt satisfied wid my job duties. plz help me frndz coz i hv genuine job n experience. how can i convince thm? they hvnt even enquired abt anythng frm my employer ...on wat basis they hv rejected my file....m totally lost! >:(

How did you get this update? Did they send something? Or from the ecas?
Did you apply through any consultant?

I hv got a rejection letter frm chc new delhi.

this is really very sad.
may i know how do you come to know about you rejection. did you received any communication or mail from chc new delhi. plz let me know
 
I hv got a rejection letter via ordinary mail frm chc new delhi.

What is your ecas saying now? Is it still in "In Process" status?
I would seggest you send a letter to CIC mentioning your experience.
Have you applied directly or through consultant?

i hv applied on my own i didnt hire ny cnsultant. n my status shows decision made.

First of all, sorry to hear.

Have you submitted any letters from your employer that has Job roles and responsibilites that you did and it should be coming under your NOC code?

Hi there, i suggest that you send them a letter along with your payslips etc or some other form of proof that you have been an employee (tax certificates etc) visiting cards and any letters of recognition etc.

I am also joining the long waiting list,I am a pre june 2011 applicant and I have sent my full documents to new Delhi visa office on August 18th and received bu 2nd AOR on 23rd august 2011. Still today my ecas states received by visa office.
When I emaied the visa office about this, they told me the waiting time is 8 months that is till march, but now its april going to be 9 months. what to do? any suggestions?

How should we expect next update for Med Request? Will it show anything in ecas or we just have to wait for the letter?

HI Brad,

There will not be any update in ecas. It will continue to show "In Process" status. Even if you receive the medical request letter, there will not be any change in the status of ecas. Once you receive your medical request, there will be a line "We started processing your application on <date>" added in the details of the status.
