Hi Khushikahlon,

What is your ecas saying now? Is it still in "In Process" status?
I would seggest you send a letter to CIC mentioning your experience.
Have you applied directly or through consultant?

Regards,
KRG

i agree with ur suggestion....it should b brought in to their attention....

Hi there, i suggest that you send them a letter along with your payslips etc or some other form of proof that you have been an employee (tax certificates etc) visiting cards and any letters of recognition etc.

i agree with ur suggestion...

Hi,

I am new to this forum. I have a quick question for all the senior members of this forum. As you know our 8 months already over since we submitted our full docs in Aug 2010 So shall we send a case specific query to ND or we should follow the 11 months processing times.

See as per their communication, u are supposed to call them once 8 months is complete, so do it, did they mention u to look at the website update of their processing times?? So send them a mail and wait for their revert.

guys
no use sending case specific querry. wait for 11 months from full document submission date, unless u want a standard e-mail reply from them

Yes Hitesh, but thats the only Right u hve at this point in time, so make the best use of the same. At least u shall know whether its rejected or not?

Hi Guys,

Count me in as I am new to this forum..

I have full Docs in Oct 2010 and got 2nd AOR on 16Nov10. I am also waiting for Medicals...

Can anyone please clarify me on POF as I have kept funds in banks for 4months from 10 days prior to the full docs sent. I withdrawn all the funds from the account due to some personal concerns.

will it affect on my PR process?

Seniors pls advise with your inputs on POF

Hope for the best and good luck guys..

Cheers,
Kondal
