To update your employer details, please send a letter to the New Delhi visa office. Ensure that you use one of the barcode labels provided by CHC in your 2nd AOR and stick it on the letter. Mention all the updates and provide any supporting documents such as Job Offer letter etc (I am assuming you changed your job).

think from 25 february2010 they put status "in process"to all post june applicants who applied to CIO in july-august.Their e-cas showing"we have started processing on 24 feb2010".While prejune applicants status "RBVO" with details of pending review .
ALL guys please re-check status.MEDICAL bugs in all e-cas .pre and post june.It means they will clear post june qouta first then remaining for prejune

Maybe, see the new system saves the entire 2-3 mnths time that we used to in the earlier system (by sending first to CIO for the first AOR) ,so the post June applicants can be processed along with the March-arpil-May candidates. Nothing to worry. The fact is currently Transferred files for the month of March-Arpil are on.

Yes STS, I've changed my Job. I have to update my details to ND. How much time it took on your e-case status in process to in process (reviewed on so date and will process). And other thing is my address still appears.

In the email i asked about my status



Dear Sir/Madam

This is my first email to you to ask about my current status. I have submitted my complete documents on 4th May 2010. and got 2nd acknowledgement of receipt on 15th Aug 2010.

Till now almost 10 months have passed and I didn't hear anything from your office.

Now my status has been changed in process from 1st Feb 2011 but the processing date is not mentioned there.


The details are given below:

We received your application for permanent residence on January , 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March , 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on March , 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Kindly inform me that how much time is required on my case.

I checked the e-cas status today and found that my address got disappeared but In details, I don't see any extra update.

STS - How much time it took in your case to get that extra line added in "In details"?

I submitted all docs in Aug 2010. The status shows received_by_visa_office. I guess there is a lot of rush going on at the New Delhi visa office, and thats why it still hasnt converted to 'In Process' yet. It is almost 7 months now since the complete bundle was submitted but no good news. I understand the avg processing time is 8-10 months, so I'll be waiting for some more time b4 I touch-base with them.
