Hi my Full set of documents were received on 30-6-10 in CHC Delhi, which is almost equivalent to August :-) , so i thought of asking question here
My e-case status show "pending review"?
a) How much time it will take in pending review to move to inprocess, no update till yet, i am so much worried about this.
b) what does this pending review means ?

Thanks in advance
Champ_indian

Hi Rajunder,

If you have done Msc ( Master in Science ) 2 year from UGC approved university after Bsc AND B.ed then you must have 18 years of education . Right ? If it is then you will get 25 points for your education. please clear.

Having gone through a number of threads, it seems Nov / Dec of a year is very slow as regards PPR.
So Jan / Feb 2011 should see a spurt in Meds and Visas.

Hi Globalsc,

I was looking at the list and it seems that even those whose AOR is in May are still not in the review process. What would be your estimation of when mine could come up for review? Just a bit concerned asto why it is running slow. I am 22 on the list (index2.htm)

Best Regards

Hi Shialra

My file tfr is 20.04.2010. This should come up about end Dec 2010 / 2nd wk Jan 2011.

Your file tfr is 01.06.2010.possibly end Feb 2011 / 1st wk Mar 2011.

Ofcourse, if processing gets quicker , you may well get a call for Meds earlier.

Keep your fingers crossed.

Ouch....that is a long wait...But thanks for the reply. Wish you too all the best.

Regards

Guys, CIC has altered the estimated processing times from 8 months to 10 months on their website, so cleary a delay of 2 months with regards to the old estimate. In practice, we should be ready to consider a delay of 3-4 months in the entire process.

Dear Friend
Now the file transfer cases of Feb/ March begining are in process June file transfer cases are seems to be change to "in Process" in Feb 2011. You case may be bit early as your Noc code moving bit fast as compare to other NOC cods.

Hi Global...sent you a PM.

One thing I would like to clarify.

I am a pre 26/6 applicant.
The first AOR given by CIO,NS was taking into consideration the duties break up that was provided. This was forwarded to ND for further processing.

The second AOR given by CHC,ND is a receipt of docs recd. For which ecas shows: RBVO
Now please Clarify:
Why in some cases of RBVO, the VO makes employer verification Call?Does this imply that the VO has "already gone" through the full set of docs submitted?
And sometimes the VO asks for additonal docs. which have already been submitted earlier. In such a case, does one provide photocopies of earlier docs again because ALL ORIGINAL docs relating to work experience have already been submitted.
Do Clarify on these points.

Thanks...
