If you remember in 2010, many May and June applicants had to wait 4 months for their first AOR then, almost everybody got their AOR at the same time (from sept 28th). After this everybody had to wait again for few months to check the ecas status. They got file tracking numbers as BXXXXXXXX instead of EXXXXXXX. Their application data is filed under a new system called Global case management system.

The old March/April and some May 2010 applicants still had their files processed under the old system. After June 26 rule changes, NDVO put hold to all old applications. Now, i think they have started processing them again and may be they are converting them to GCMS.

I may be wrong.. let us wait and see

today my ecas shows DECISION MADE, I am gutted, I hope its a bug.

It has two lines

<NAME> APPLICATION RECEIVED ( one line inside, appl received at CIO )
<NAME> DECISION MADE ( inside it has 3 lines , appl received at CIO , 1st AOR and DM )

My status is as similar as yours
since yesterday ,
May be its bug but lets hope for the best...!!

Just wanted to Share that I had applied for my GCMS report around 15 of october and got it this month around 14th,

What I observe is.. no work had started on my application, only fee section was updated. around august -11.. other then that all sections read not started

On notes section there were comments that documents seem genuine.

I am not sure if this is a rejection.

Looks like whoever got decision made seem to have applied around the same time. Maran, CanDreams, satnak, inderpalsidhu, etc. seem to have got first AOR before Sept28. Most of the May/June 2010 applicants have got their AOR after sept28th. Out files were converted to GCMS. the old March/April 2010 applicants may not have been converted.. and may be it is happening now.

Yes srid is right.
this ecas system is not reliable.

Thanks for sharing this information. Did your CAIPS talk about BFD date?

No change in my ECAS. I just noticed that March/April applicants are getting this decision made status. I am june applicant.

My ecas status has 2 Decision made & Application i am scared... Please Help me....is it sign of Rejection???

I have the same on my file too. I submitted Full docs in Nov 2010 and received second AOR in Feb 2011.

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

This decision made thing was there on my file for some time around 3 months back. But then it disappeared. Some nonsense is going on. Lets hope for the best.
