It is a Clear Rejection. My Consultant company manager confirmed that its rejection since I am having the same status. Its a big reputed company & well aware of such things.

So if you have made any "Plan B" start working on it.

I dont think its "Curtains" yet. If thats the case it should have been so a few months back when "decision made" appeared. Then it went off and other statuses appeared. Either way if they can give a decision people can go on with their lives. I am wondering at which point do you get your money back if you withdraw your application???

I sent a case specific enquiry. Let me see what the reply is.

If it was just one or two DM, then could have been genuine. I think over 15 applicants of this forum, got DM on same day. Could be a bug.
I also hope, it is the start of some good news as manila applicants of similar timeline have started getting MR. New Delhi cant be far behind.
It probably is the issue caused by migrating a few remaining files to the new system.
Also, if its a genuine DM , why two links under status , AR and DM with different information ? Just one link with all the information, like DM suffice !

Don't be worried. It's not a rejection, it's only a techinal error. Do you remember that one year back all pre-june applicants status was changed to 'in process' for some days, then after a couple of days the status was RBVO. The final fact was all the post-june applicants status changed to 'in process'. so i conclude it that our boat(pre-june) is reaching the shore...... so don't loose your hopes have good faith, think positively and wait to catch the boat..................

i think reappear and disappear of address is that, thay have started to open pre-june data base. its is a symbol of hearing good news in the new year
