The above address is for Speed Post. You can use this address (without Post Box number ) if you want to send the documents through any reliable courier. You can send your pack either through courier or speed post. I had send my pack through DTDC they deliver the pack 2nd or hardly 3rd day. you can view the status of you pack on DTDC website after dispach.

Hi All,

My Surname is XY in Passport, all my education certificates, PR application. But in my latest employment I have opted to use ABC which is the surname after marriage, but my pass port still reflects my old Surname.

When I am submitting my initial application to Nova Scotia, at that time I was unemployed, and the story was simple only one Surname which is XY. I got the AOR and ready to sent the complete set of documents to New Delhi Visa office. In this set of application should I mention my ABC surname under " Other names you have been used" ?. And attache my marriage certificate as the proof of my Surname.

My Latest Employment is same as my previous employer:

2003 to 2007 Employer : ASDF with Surname XY
2010 same employer: ASDF with Surname ABC( Surname after marriage)
Passport, PR application, Education DOc, all other experience letter : Surname XY
Marriage Certificate states : Before marriage Surname" XY", and after marriage Surname " ABC"


I am totally confused. please help....... advise me what to do........

dtddc is a good option however i didnt took a chance and sent it thro the safest couriuer that is bludart
other communication to chc was done by dtdc of course

I just checked my status online.... and it says "Decision Made". and they mentioned 'Medical results have been received. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.'

I hope that means I will get my passport asap.

This means visa in 1-15 days ..... ;D
