Thank GOD....Now my e case status says.."Your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 26, 2010"....Eagerly waiting for mail from CHC ND for the Medicals.......

Please add my status in the list.


Noc-4131, sent documents to Delhi on 15/5/2010.. I have not received 2nd AOR i might be lost it.
Sttaus - Received by Visa office.

Another possibility might be that CHC is giving priority to the applications from the new NOC list...
Rainy's NOC is there in the new list also. But its too early to draw any conclusion...

Yeah that may be the case, waiting4pr was a transfer case from US and was ewaiting for long time so I always expected quick turnaround time for him
Rainy78 also is probably one of the longest waiting applicant if we calculate from date of app to CIO

Even in this case I believe they have started analyzing docs and know which cases needs to be priortize. In a nutshell I believe even though there is no ECAS update there is some work going on in back ground

hi mni but this is nt true as my code is there in 29 list and was in 38 list too. the fact is that no body knows what exactly is goin on. may every member get good news at the earliest. all the best.

The Process is delay due to first cleariing student visa as the school and colleages are going to start in next month.

Great, thats confirmed info then. So far to FSW applicants CHC is replying that file is pending review and no action is needed from your side. So this comes as good news and gives hope

Thanks for sharing Manish. It means we may see some action towards end of Aug
