FULL DOCS TO CHC ND IN MARCH 2010

Hi Guys, Hopefully, I am sendind all my supporting docs Next Week to Visa Office. Does any one have an idea how long it will take to hear from them? Is it going to be an AOR?

I am guessing it might take a good six months to have a definitive answer. Whatdo you guys think?

CHC clearly states 6 to 12 months ,but CHC is taking almost 2 months initially whilst 2months max later on.

If u are lucky enough then u might get visa stamped in 3 months from CHC ND (my colleagues have got it)

Is there any changes in ECAS? mine not yet, I have got some evedence with some of my frieds that Visa officer are issueing Medical, RPRF and PP request within only 19 days since ECAS changed as Received by Visa OFFICE from this to IN PROCESS, (JUST IN 19 DAYS) .
Lets hope posetive pregress on our case too..

Here in this forum one member 'nanji' got Medical request just in 6 days after submission of his documents to local CHC.

Every case is different but ur r right that in most of the cases they process quite early(within 1.5 month, especially CHC ND)

Hope we should also get our positive response from them soon and get our Medical request soon.

Hi, everyone,
No change by now in my case. doc. had reached to CHC ND on12th March according to courior track num.
pls check cic site everyday after 5 pm so that it could be updated.ana .....and....and don't forget to post the update.visa officer may use various technique for background check so that we could develop familiarity.
probably next week..........Received by visa office.

WE DO HAVE CRITICAL HOURS FOR COMING 2 to 3 months.
