Hi

Today my status shows as 'Received by Visa Office'.

I sent my docs on 14th Jan'10 and received AOR on 22nd Jan.

And I used old File# the check the status.

Sent full docs to CHC islamabad on 5th Jan 2010, nothing since then


Did you check your online status.......i sent my full application to CHC ISB on 21st Jan 2010. my online status changed to "Received by visa office" and "Pending review" after 15 days.

Mine status is till "Redcieved by Visa office", so should I expect the next ECAS status change to "Pending review" in couple of days?

Also is Job verification done in "Pending review" stage or "In process" stage. Plz someone clarify.

"pending review " means that the visa office has received ur file bt has nt started with processing..."in process" means they have started working on ur application...i hope dis helps..

Thx Reet for your answer, so what is the difference b/w "pending review" & "Recieved by Visa office", dont u think they both serve the same purpose, I have got some doubt about it.

yes dey are same as per my knowledge..received by via office and pending review means dat visa office has received the application bt has not yet started reviewing it(dats y dey write pending review)i thnk so..

Full docs to visa office last Nov 09 pa.
Got AOR from Manila, Dec 10 pa
ECAS changed to IN PROCESS last Jan 4 pa.

Until now, wala pang medical request.

The sad thing is our mailing system here in Cebu. Our postman is still delivering letters since last November. Worst, is that wala ding mails from Makati for the entire year.

I confirmed this coz there are several applicants on the same agency that sent full application even before us is still waiting for medical request.

Question: what would be our clue kung denied? kung may medical request na, how long do we have to do the medical? and pay the RPRF? how many days ang binigay?

my worry talaga is that baka it's just in the mailing system hanging since last month and we're losing a month based on what's required on the medical request.

I sent my full docs to the visa office in Buffalo on Jan 6 and received the first AOR last week and my current status says "Received by Visa office". What is the typical timeline for the subsequent steps in PR evaluation and processing? Thanks!

normally it takes around 2 months to get a reply from sydney, NS

hi be patient they will send you the AOR by email after 2 months incase no mistake in your application

dont know how true coz i myself is waiting for medical request.medical request daw will be sent through email( if its provided in ur application) but the forms for medical is usually mailed.wat i know is, nt sure if true, usually they give 60 days to accomplish medical...

anyone may answer....
