Hi Duggalca,

Waiting for the goods news.

Thanks.

It seems that there is huge rush at CHC-ND,as not more updates are coming out, for me almost 11 weeks had passed since my full application had reached at ND, but till date no updates.

@Duggalca - what's your e-CAS status

i submitted my full docs on 28 june reahed them 29 june . recd aor today dated 9 july.

Hi,

We sent full docs plus RPRF (per new guidelines) to CIC Delhi on June 17
Received AOR and RPRF receipt (dated June 24) on July 1
E-cas changed to "docs received by visa office".

Around end July, E-cas status changed to "In Process"
Early Aug we received medical request (dated July 30).

However we did not get passport request along with the medical request. We were instead asked to update our child's (aged 3.5) passport photo (passport was issued at 1.5 yrs) and send them copies. New passport had to be issued for our child since local passport office said it was not possible to just "update" the child photo. Presuming passport request will follow after Delhi receives and reviews the requested info.

Thanks

Any Junier (Who sent full application in June) getting Medical request, please do respond.Best of luck for monthly updates.

Thanx

DID NOT CHANGE FOR ME...

Re: Full Application Sent in June New Delhi

I have a theory...

there is a rush of similar updates in bunches from CHC, ND...

There are 3 points of response from CHC ND

1. Receipt of AOR and Receipt clubbed with change status to Received by Visa Office
2. Receipt of Meds and PPR clubbed with change status to InProcess
3. Receipt of passports with change status to Decision Made

Now the trend is that these 3 happen in bunches. for 2 week we keep hearing about ppl receiving AORs.
For 2 weeks we hear ppl receiving meds and PPR
For 1 week we keep hearing ppl receiving passports

Exceptions are always there... but, this is a trend...

I think, the jobs are not divided... the same set of ppl work for 1 week on sending out AORs and next week on sending RPRF receipt, next 2-3 weeks on processing applications. that's when we see ppl's status changing in bulk to IN PROCESS and a lot of med requests... and later 1 weeks to stamp and send out passports.

that's the reason probably why some ppl receive AOR in 3 weeks, others in 5 weeks.... same thing for passports.....
that also explains why there's a lull period since 2-3 weeks for status change to IN PROCESS...

I may be completely wrong... but, that's a thought...

Hello anyone, best wishes for all of you and me still eagerly waiting for the +ve news.

I just need your suggestions on the Job experience requirement while applying for PR, on of my friend got a letter from the CHC-ND on today that "IO is not satisfied with your continous experience of one year as required under immigration rules".My friend is working as a adhoc College lecturer and her appointment is made for a session and not for a full year. And the session starts from June and ends on January and as she is not a permanent employee of the college she gets the job experience certificate from the colleges she worked for the last three sessions.Actually the adhoc lecture's post is filled by the concerned university and the appointment is made for one session only and again in the next session they call for the interview and so.She was having an experience of almost 3 sessions ie 3*8 months ie 24 months but none of them was continuous for one calender year. Will please some body advise me that what she an do now as practically she attends the same period as a permanent employee was attending but as the permanent employee is not going to relieve on a particular date, she gets an experience certificate from the date of joining till date .Isn't it something strange that are asking for a certificate when there is not session going on.Please advise...............

The load on CHC is increasing, in ISB CHC most of application are being processed which were submitted in May 09.
But that also depends upon the NOC as well. One case in Cook category processed in just 5 months and individual has left for Canada.
