FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Dear Seniors/Experts,

A friend of mine has received her MR on the 5th April 2016 after her telephonic verification which was held on the 8th March 2016. With the following text as under. She is a sept applicant. From what I understand it is way different from the regular MR mails. Please advise if anyone else has received a similar MR mail?

WHY ARE YOU RECEIVING THIS LETTER?
your file will be reviewed now to assess your admissibility and eligibility. Some documents need to be updated before a review can take place.

WHAT ARE WE REQUESTING
updated original police certificate from India for yourself and spouse.
Completion of medical examination for yourself your spouse and your dependent children.
Payment of right of permanent residence fee for yourself and your spouse.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS
you must send all documents together in one package. Our mailing address can be found at the bottom. Please write your file number on outside the envelope and cover letter accompany your documents
You have 30 days to submit the documents. If you require foreign police certificate which take more than 60 days to obtain please send all other documents with note explaining which police certificate are missing ND when u you should be able to send them.

WHAT ARE NEXT STEPS
if your documents are not submitted within sixty days, your application will be reviewed and lack of updated documents is likely to lead to a refusal.
If you submit the documents within 60 days they will be reviewed by an officer to assess your admissibility and eligibility. Some cases require more in depth review to assess the admissibility : additional information, additional medical examination or an interview could be required. The assessment of admissibility is a step that require more time please wait six months from the date of the submission of your documents before contacting us for a status update.

This format of MR is generally received for the applicants who are from non technical(Specialised) trades. Their TV is often carried out for a long duration. If the VO is still not satisfied , they go in depth. As a precautionary measure, this type of format has been devised.

Do not worry, if the medicals and security checks are ok your friend will receive ppr/copr mail soon afterwards. I got the same mail for my medicals in Dec, I got my copr/ppr mail early this month.

Got a mail from CIC Warsaw today that your application is under review. Before this mail I got a mail from CIC on 27th October 2015 that your file has been reviewed and waiting for further verification. Now can someone update on this.

Never go with a reply of warsaw. The revert which u got is standard revert. So better to ignore.

Thank u.. one more thing in that mail they told me no further correspondence will be entertained in the mean time. Is that also standard revert.

I guess the term they mention is " entered " in the mean time, please check...by entered they just mean they won't consider it important to note in their global case management system.

And yes it's a standard revert from Warsaw. There are two Feb verified applicant still waiting for MR in group..rest have either got MR or PFL.

This is standard. Its how I got my MR.

PCC has a certain validity so if it was submitted at the beginning of the process and has been asked again its purely for that reason.
Meds & Payment is the process.

atleast they replied to u , i have asked them so many times but no standard revert even. :'(

Tell your agent to send mails to them definitely they will reply.. But whats the use of getting the same standard revert mails always. The answer should be yes or no and close the case. That's my opinion. Hope so you will get your reply soon.

This i think is the most difficult question to answer for anyone. Wvo is been biased towards many applicants during the process..many got visa within 6 months of applying and many with same timeline r still waiting for medicals. A deliberate slowness in their work can be seen.
In my views i dont see any update in very near future from wvo.
God is there He will listen to us surely
