I requested for address change via Case specific enquiry for WARSAW VO on 16-Feb and so far my file is not updated, its still has old address..

Please advise friends what should I do ?

what is their normal response times.

Normal case you shuld be getting an AOR before MR. Btw are you sure your file is transfered to WVO ? if it is still at NDVO you will not get AOR but direct MR or Interveiw. :)

I got the information by CIC call centre and agent told that my case is transferred to Warsaw on the same day I got per.
