FSWP Rejected Application

Do they send us an email if the application is rejected or we have to wait for the postal service to receive the package back.

They sent me a detailed report of evaluation, and summery of points. It is clearly mentioned, neither they are going to return app or no refund processing fee.

Only positive side is, i have UCID and application number. Which will help me to re-apply.

I think application will be returned only if you missed any items which is in check-list/ a payment failure.

if you pass both these stages, so will be close to the stage where i have ended up with.

They will refund your processing fee, for unsuccessful applications, Canada returns the processing fees

•sufficient funds
•admissibility (criminality, security, medical)


Note: If the initial assessment of your score for points against the selection factors is equal to or greater than the pass mark, your application will be sent by the CIO to the appropriate visa office for further processing and a final decision. If you do not meet the minimum requirements, or do not meet the pass mark against the selection factors, your application will be refused. In either case, a refund of processing fees will not be issued at this stage of the application process".

That is somewhat scary if they do not return the application fee. That means are we gambling CAD 550x2 (for couple)? I thought if we failed to make through the points they would return the application fee.

If your application is deemed incomplete or if they failed in charging your fees, your application will be sent back along with the fees. However, if your app goes through the completeness check phase and than in the selection phase if your eligibility is found negative for any reasons than there will be no refund. Its suggested that before applying check your profile against there stated requirements to have chance for getting positive eligibility.

What do you mean by second stage? After getting the PER?

I am so sad my application refused on base of points I get total 62 points. after waiting for so many years and done with all requirements such as medical, i was asked to RPRF by visa office interview also waive why this happed to case. can they just add 5 more points. I score only 4 points in language is that any way I submit another IELTS with request. what should I do is any chances for reassessment of my case. please advice me with best of your knowledge. thanks to all.

Hi There,
my application was rejected due to insufficient points . I got UCID and file number.

I dont have enough luck to resubmit application this year. My original IELTS test results are with CIC now.

When submitting new application, is it possible to exclude IELTS test result , and ask them to use old?

because getting 2nd copy Test report is almost impossible. ???

yes that time my case in CPP-Ottawa they send me email to pay RPRF and than after they transfer to LA visa office but I got refusal.

Im sooo confused

I furnish all requirements including proof of fund. every thing is perfect no problem at all. the letter I received they only mention about insufficient points to qualify for immigration to Canada the minimum requirements being 67points.
