FSWP or express entry

Hi every one
I am willing to apply for FSWP but i want to ask since the new program is few months away and as they stated application processing time is about 6 months my question is should I apply for the current program or wait for the new Express Entry .

Its your call. Nobody knows what changes EOI is going to bring.

You need review the current FSW Category on the CIC website. If you fit the bill - go for it.

I don't see why you should wait if you qualify to apply for the current FSW. The sooner you start, the better. Also, noone knows the details and qualification for applying under the express entry. It's 6 months processing after you are invited to apply and noone knows who qualifies for the invitation.

it will be much more difficult than fswp as that ( Express entry)
will be employer driven so u guess now------------
therefore, my request without 2nd thought just apply now ASAP ;D ;D ;D

It has pros and cons but if you can apply for fsw go for it and keep your application rolling....

Noone will have answer to that, since the details of the express entry have not been announced yet. My hunch is that you can (but it's pure speculation).

Maybe they will employ the same strategy as how Australia invite applicants. For those hot NOCs, they will provide a quota let say per month and those eligibe applicants with the highest points will proceed to PER. Just a wild guest.
