Thanks a lot.

Yeah, I see it in 2281 as an system administrator. My designation is Technical Service Professional. I think, now it does not come under 24 Skill list.
Is there any other way I can look for PR. I have found on jobs site, there are many jobs related to as400 system administrator.

Raj

Hi All,

My designation is 'system analyst' am planning to apply for Canadian PR under FSWP 2013. Please
let me know whether I am eligible under "2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers".

The role responsibilities of 'system analyst' is same as 'Programmer analyst'. Whether it is mandatory for me to get
letter from my employer for the designation as 'Programmer analyst' or I can letter as per my designation as 'system analyst'

Your valuable comments are most welcome.

Thanks ,
Nithya

Hi Folks,

I'm a software engineer working in India. I have a query that I have total experience of 2 years in Information Technology as a software programmer. When I started working in IT my designation was "Software Programmer", it was a small company and I worked for 6 months there. Then after I switched my job to my current company where my starting designation was "Trainee Software Developer" for 1 year, then after I got promoted to the post of "Software Engineer" for 6 months. So my question is that, is "Trainee Software Developer" post valid under 2174 - Computer programmers and interactive media developers? and will it affect on my chances to get qualified for PR if I was working as "Software Programmer" Initially and then after
I moved to "Trainee" post in some larger company? My job duties were same during all the designation I worked till now and my duties fall under 2174 - Computer programmers and interactive media developers. Please help me. I have all my documents prepared including Education Credentials.

Thanks a ton in advance.
