Regarding sa proof of funds, once na nag arrive/landing ka and yung dala mong money is hindi pasok sa required no. of family members e-hohold ka ba? mababale-wala ba ung visa mo? Kailangan po ba talagang equal or more ung proof of funds mo base sa no. of family members?

To those who drive, what did u do to waive the 9month learner's license so u could take the drive test right away? What did u present? Thanks! And am I right na once you get there with a valid driver's license, you can drive for 3months without a Canadian Driver's License?

I know there's a thread regarding this but that thread is a mix of nationalities and I want the info straight from Pinoys.

sana sa pinas mo na lang pinasa.
had the same issue before but luckily our papers were transferred to manila.
Sana matransfer din sa inyo.
I could still read sa lumang thread naming na may mga naghhntay pa din ng MR from 2013 applicants.

you need a letter from lto.
you can drive for 3mos.
as for alberta, I think its the same for every province but i could be wrong:
you still need to take the knowledge test for a learners license.
you need to have a learners license first before taking the road test. ang ma-waive lang is you don't need to have a minimum of 1yr of learners license to take the road test.

Thank you po for replying! We chose Manila VO pero po sa SG VO pa rin na-send. I guess it is because we have been staying here in SG for five years. Pero talagang nakakapanghina ang pag-aantay dito. I asked our agent if we can ask for the application to be transferred but he said it will further delay the application. Nauna pa nga yung mga EE applicants na friends ko may result na. Kami wala pa. Praying po for God's favour so we can move from SG to Canada.

Good morning! I am new here, i am a 2014 applicant of fsw, we are now on our 15th month of processing. we had our medicals done last january 4, 2016. It has been 1 month and still no PPR, this waiting game is killing me, some of you had your ppr in just 2 weeks. I wish our ppr will be here soon.

Hello ..Good that you have your medical done ..May I ask when was the start date of your processing? Since you've said that you're now on your 15th month already. I'm also anxious because as per my ECAS, my application was put into processing since Mar 23, 2015 pa and until now I still don't have the medical request. Thank you..

hello! I sent my application last august 5, 2014, and they started processing on November 2014... I guess all we have to do is just be patient.... I hope you will have your medical request soon

All drivers’ licences from the Philippines presented for GDL Exemption MUST be accompanied by:
- An original driver’s licence certification letter from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) from the Department of Transportation & Communications at East Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines. NO OTHER LTO LETTER WILL BE ACCEPTED;
-The original blue official receipt of payment must be included, as noted on the bottom of the certification letter;
-If there is NO Quezon City LTO Certification Letter and receipt presented, you must obtain this documentation from the LTO PRIOR TO surrendering your original Philippines drivers’ licence for GDL Exemption.

Hello, bigo ako ng FSWP 2014 pero nakapasok ang relatives ko na rinepresent ko. Nasa EE na lang ako ngayon.

Naka "medical results have been received" na sila sa ECAS, so ideally, waiting for PPR na lang.

Is it possible:
a. To ask CEM for an extension of PPR with a pending DFA passport renewal schedule
b. To ask DFA for emergency passport renewal with the PPR from CEM?

Middle of March pa yung nakuha nilang passport renewal schedule sa DFA. OK lang naman kung March pa yung PPR, but I want to cover my bases din.
