Hi Mau_Gno,

If you have a consultant, ask him to do it. That's what he is paid for and I think MVO responds faster if the consultants do it.

But if you have none, I suggest send your request via email. You can make your letter straight to the point, just make the tone very nice & respectful becasue you are asking for their understanding & consideration.

Indicate your Application / UCI #, PA's birthdate, your contact details (cell, landline # & email address).

Salamat po, yes po nag submit na aming agent/representative ng email last July 20, requesting for extension for our PPR, naghihintay pa ng reply ni CEM, sabi nila mga 7-10 working days daw normally ng rereply. Ayaw ko na mag send ng personal email sa CEM, baka malito lng kung kanina mag reply. hehe

it says they started processing on 22nd of July.

The only seminar that is required is PDOS given by CFO - I remember during our COA, mayroon daw participant that was panicking since ang akala nya COA is the same as the PDOS given by CFO and he is leaving in 2 days I think this should serve as a reminder not to wait last minute to complete our requirements But even though CIIP and COA are optional, It is very helpful to help you get started on what to do before and after landing to CA.

Hi Jakil,

Yung CIIP for me was included in the last page of the MR (maliit lang sya parang disclaimer) and the COA was sent as a separate invitation which I received before I got my PPR.

Sundan mo na lang mga links na binigay ni DMAC. you are already eligible to attend. Have fun!

Yes, that's right. Kung naka send na si consultant mo, okay na yun.

Si Consultant mo ngayon ang kulitin mo about the reply of MVO.

I'm sure sasagot namn yan si MVO, basta naka send na si consultant ng email to them. Pero, ask you cinsultant to furnish you a copy of his email to MVO to make sure at alam mo kung anong sinabi nya sa email nya. Even the reply of MVO, you should be furnished with MVO's reply.

Actually, when you had the MR pwede ka na mag CIIP & COA, even without the invitation. You will just be providing them the MR email nyo as proof for the registration so you can get a schedule. The MR, by the way, has the CIIP invitation somewhere.

Congrats iankay07, nag request ka na mawaive ang Saudi PCC diba?

Hi Polarburr!!! Yes, nagsubmit kami ng letter requesting to waive the PCC requirement. Salamat.., isa ka sa mga nagpalakas ng loob ko.

Pati yung problema ko sa NBI clearance na ilang beses nanghingi ng copy using my "incorrect middle name" as reflected sa birth certificate ko, naiayos rin. Ang ginawa ko nagpadala ako ng 3 copy of original wiith different middle names. Salamat sa Dyos, nakaraos rin at narating rin namin ang stage na ito.

Sa lahat po ng mga katulad namin na hinihingan ng CEM ng PCC from Saudi Arabia, kung mahirap po sa inyo na ma-obtain ito, gawa lang po kayo ng letter. I-detail nyo po ang current situation ninyo and provide other supporting documents like exit clearance and passports with exit/entry stamps from KSA. May pag-asa po na ma-waive rin ang requirement. Kapit lang at sabayan ng dasal.
