Hi All,

Just an update on my timeline, PPR received last July 15, 2015.
However, we will not be able to meet the deadline for the submission of passports as mine needs to be renewed and it takes at least 2 months to get one here in SG, so mine will be released this Aug 20.

My question is, if we ask for an extension to CEM. Which one do you think is highly recommended?:
a.) Agency's representative? (Ours is CIC)
b.) Personal (Me sending it via Snail Mail/Post) ... If so, what's the format?
c.) Personal Email (not agency)... If so, what's the format?
d.) Via ECAS

We had our medical yesterday kay Dr. Albert Santos in Cebu Doctors. For 4 pax - 2adults and 2 kids below 11y.o...we paid 13,200. You have to call their clinic for appontment. We were there before 9am and we finished around 3.

Maraming salamat by8wer!malaking tulong ang sagot mo. My tips po kaayo para sa mga going mag medical exam? Hopefully all is well for your family. Sana lahat tayo makapunta sa dream land natin hehe God bless sa atin lahat.

Guys quick question lang po. My passport will expire May 2016. Magiging problem ba ito by the time I'll send this for PPR? It could be early August since I'm in MR stage right now. And concern ko po is ang expiration ng passport ko. Guys anyone :

Bro ok nmn! lapit n uwi ng pinas...hehe....excited na ko makita baby ko...tho maiiwan ko ulit sya for a while but at least after nun eh mkksama ko n tlg sya...

from time to time ngccheck dn ako ng updates d2 kso meron pa rn tlg time n nde ako makalog-in....then after few days pde na ulit...hehe...somehow gusto pa rn syempre naten makatulong s mga on going pa ang applications coz we know how difficult the waiting game is. ;D

October na Bro! day before ng bday ko! lol! I'll give you an update kpg andun n kme...

Medyo mabagal ang TAT ng SGVO from what i have noticed. Try mu sila i-CSE sis for your concern and indicate all your application numbers and UCI for their reference..

ngsend na ko ng CSE s MVO kc cla ung nag-inform n ippdala n lng s pinas...kso no reply pa! lol!

sbe ko tuloy mukhang wrong move n d2 pa ung visa stamping...hehe...anyways ang mahalaga eh visa on hand na...

That's great to hear sis.. Konti tiis na lang talaga yan. Atleast dun PR na tayo at maggawa na natin lahat same as the locals, only exception is to vote. But then, anytime pwede na c baby dun sunod.

Advance Happy Bday to you! All went well and all became worthwhile, sa waiting games natin...heheh Sabi ko sayo, dating din tayo dito.

Try mu si SGVO i-CSE since sakanila nag visa stamping, maybe lang or may possibility na sinend ni MVO ang originals nyo sa SGVO. di kaya? ehehhe

Oo sis, mabuti rin napagdecisionan ko na sa MVO na isend. Yun, di ko rin na expect binalik lahat ng originals namin. Laking tulong kasi di na kami kukuha ulit para dalhin sa CA.. ;D

Me change of plans kami sis.. mukhang di na kami tuloy Calgary.. God bless sa inyu in the future. Hopefully, kitakits pa rin in CA eventually.

Hi,

I suggest na send mu na your current PP for the stamping. Since it's gonna be fine to bring along the 2 PP's during landing.

But you mentioned na Aug.20 ang released ng PP (meaning on hand na). If that would be the case, ikaw po mismo pwedeng mag reply to the same PPR email asking for an extension with the above reason. Most likely, CEM will give you another 30days.

Just received our PPR last night! Thank you Lord!

1. Bka po meron may same experience na iba yung birthplace sa passport?MANILA po yung sa passport while MAKATI po yung sa Birth Cert & FSW Application namin..what can you suggest? Do we need tp attach Affidavit of discrepancy when we send passports or no need po? Thanks so much for your insights...

2. Ask ko lang since marami nang nag-try ng DHL & LBC to send out passports..Ask ko lang po if may alam kayong same day delivery & how much po kaya?

3. How much po yung collect ni DHL when they return the passports? Para rin po ma-iready ko sa aming butihing kasambahay..

Hi, thank you dmac11!, Kaya lng kasi, July 2016 expiry ng PP ko, at May 2016 pa plano namin mag land. So, If I submit my old passport, malamang hanggang before Jan 2016 lng ang ibibigay nila na validity sa visa stamp if ever basing on my expiry.

Wla pa po passport ko, claim slip lng na may nakasulat na Aug 20 pa ang estimated date of release dito sa Embassy natin sa SG.

Actually, safe rin na hintayin mu yung bagong PP mu. Based on your PPR which was July 15, supposed deadline should be Aug.15. However, if you request for an extension to CEM stating that your renewed PP will be arriving this coming Aug.20. Hence, for such request.

Normally, CEM will add another 30days, that will bring you to a new deadline on Sept.15.

It has been done by several other applicants, and were successful..
