Congrats po ulit sa lahat ng may good news! ;D

Nagtanong po ako sa isa pang thread but would like to ask here as well, just in case may nakakaalam:

My passport is expiring on November 2016, I just had my meds done and renewing my passport would take about 10 weeks (from PH Embassy SG po ito). Is it possible to enter Canada with the Visa Stamp on my old passport when I already have a new passport?

Links to docs / info very much welcome.

As long as you have a valid passport & a valid visa you can land in Canada. Yun nga lang you need to carry two passports at the same time very time you need to travel.

Alanganin kasi ang expiry ng passport ko and nanghihinayang naman akong hindi mag-renew kasi baka yung ppr namin matagalan pa, sayang ang time.

Hello po.. I received an email from CEM re CIIP Pre-arrival employment and Settlement session. Wala pa po akong narereceive na PPR. Ano po ibig sabihin nito?kelangan ko po ba attend nito asap at dependent po ba dito ang PPR?

Hi iankay, ciip session is optional naman and free of charge. Ako nakaschedule nyan sa May 22-23. Hindi sya makakaffect sa application kung makapunta or hindi, pero marami ako nabasa na post and blog na nag recommend to attend earlier the better. Ang pagkakaalam ko madami sila bibigay na tips and action items na dapat paghandaan bago umalis.

Yung ciip invite ko is kasama nung mr ko, nasa footnote lang..
