Item1: I have also done the same. I wrote letter to CEM asking to reconsider and waive Saudi PCC. no reply yet from them, my recommendation is to try and get hold of someone in Saudi to help you, I am currently doing the same in case CEM insists on getting the Saudi PCC.

Item2: The best option is for your hubby to contact his previous employer so he can get the Final Exit document or details. You can also try to check the VISA status for your husband online:

Guys, just a quick question regarding notification to CEM my renewal of passport. Is it by email or just include it in my cover letter pag nagsend ako ng NBI clearance?? Thanks.

MR received today at 9:46am...sent to us by our agency...ask lng ako, isang form lng ba yung naka attach xa e-mail?? yung Medical Examinations Instruction lng?? yun din ba yung (IMM1017E) na tinutukoy na dalhin mag medical??

Just received our PPR from our consultant, CIC! Thank u Lord! This Canada application really is a test of patience! Hopefully, makuha na din ng iba yung mga MR,RPRF,PPRs!

1st Email (May25): includes list of additional information required (medical, rprf payment, additional docs).
2nd Email (May26): medical request form for me as principal applicant.
3rd Email (May26): medical request form for my husband

Per person (principal applicant and dependents) ay may form na ibibigay (IMM1017E) through email attachment. In my case, yung email attachment is 2 pages: page 1 is yung medical instructions. Page 2 is yung "Medical Report, Client Biodata and Summary."

same here,2 emails din na receive namin, one for my husband and the other one for me...2 pages din yung attachemnt...pero ok lng ba yun na wala kaming na receive na
rprf payment e-mail??

Hi Jakil, did you submit your application through your consultant? I think you should have received a primary letter from CEM that states that they will require your medical within the xx days and that forms will be emailed in the next 72 hours (something in that manner); also in the same letter is the requirement to update personal history, rprf, and other documents. If you do have consultant you should request this letter from them.

yes,we submitted our application to our consultant...forms were already attached in the email...we already updated personal history, and other additional documents last feb when CEM asked for it...but, we didn't receive any rprf payment email yet...

yes that was I read in the website but I ask my husband ( sya yong may saudi exp) to go to Cebu BI and they issue parang certificate and it cost P1,105.
Just ask your local BI baka pwde cla nalang.. yon lang hindi complete may departure arrival cya na wala sa record nila.. so I would make a letter hoping matanggap ng CEM.
It took us 4 days to get the certificate kasi pa balik balik..

May history kasi ako ng ptb, na natreat na nung 2009. Kaya dineclare ko sa medical. Nagbigay din ako ng medical certificate from my pulmo na nakastate yung diagnosis, treament period, medicines prescribed.

Hi, ask lng ako why nag pa AFB and sputum culture ka??my history ka ba na dineclare mo nung nag medical ka or nung pag medical mo lng may nakita xa xray mo??thank you!
