Please ask your consultant first how on the earth did CIC come to know about a representative that you have one when in fact you didn't send a form for your representative. Baka may alam silang hindi mo alam. At dapat sila ang sumagot nyan with your knowledge and consent. Ikaw naman kasi ang pipirma sa letter.

Hi queensangel! Thanks for responding to my query. The one who got suspended was the representative and not the "agency". And yes, i did not submit a use of representative form as advised by my agent. Parang DIY ang ginawa namin. The Agency could not find a replacement for their suspended representative at that time kaya we had no choice but to file my app without a representative.

Sis,

Siguro if walang scar sa skin, di nakakapa, di makikita sa mga xrays, lab tests, etc... then, you don't have to declare.

Sa akin kasi parang may konting scarring kahit benign and actually fibrocystic cyst lang. Hormonal din yun.

Yun sa anak ko, meron sya sa lid ng mata. Mukhang halata din ng konti. Pag tinanong, won't deny it naman.

So sa amin, there were 2 surgeries done - 1 for me 10 years ago, 1 for my son 13 years ago. Buti naging uzi ako lately sa mga MR issues naka post.

Double time kami ngayon to have these coz I know that MR is coming anytime now. Coz sabi in the letteer after receiving the docs requested, they'll inform us the next steps immediately.

Haizz, tagal kakahintay ng MR di namin mga ito agad nagawa... There were plenty of time to prepare for these.

The consultant as named, didn't even inform us about these things when in fact when we recieved the PER, I was already asking them what to prepare while waiting for the next steps specifically for the MR. Wala naman daw at wag daw pa naming intindihin muna yun...

Question pano if minor operation like taking out some lump lng? It's a day surgery can't remember if it last only less than an hour. Many years ago

Wala pko narereceive na 3rd line ecas. Im worried kc last may 14 pa daw nasend ng st lukes sa cem. Til may 20 lng po kc binigay sakin ng cem magsubmit payment for rprf at medical exam. Nakabayd nko at nakapamedical nko last may 6 ok lng na ba yun bka kc dpa nila narereceive yung medicL repot ko eh last day na tom ng binigay na time sakin ng cem. Thank u

You can call CIC form outside Canada tonight as it's morning there. And keep your docs handy. Baka the officer will ask about those.

we're on the same boat, naka receive din ako ng email kanina asking for an explanation letter regarding my proof of funds. I was advised by a friend to be honest with it, pero main problem ko is yung mga proof that will come along with my explanation since the funds were given to my by my dad.

On a lighter note, its a good sign na na pprocess na ung application natin

Your friend is right. Be honest na lang sa CEM about your proof of funds. Siguro send ka na lang ulit ng updated bank cert. And other supporting docs.

Yup at least kahit pano may progress ang app natin. More prayers are needed sa ganitong mga panahon.

May visa na kami! Salamat ng marami sa mga kaulayaw ko dito. Dasal ko palagi ang tagumpay nating lahat. Special dasal kay bro. dmac11. Ayaw kabalaka Dong, abot na lagi nang imong MR, sakto maka rekober ang presyo sa oil, pwede na mo-adto sa Alberta

Congrats Scout! Sobrang sakto si CEM ngayon a, within 19-22 days, dumadating na passports after DM line. Hope this keeps going until everyone of us here received our VISAS

Thanks for the advise. Nag email na ko sa agent ko and i asked her kung pano nalaman ng CEM na may representative ako kasi di pa siya nasagot. I will post her answer here as soon as she responds.

Ok din lang siguro na sabihin sa CIC that your money really came from your dad but your dad won’t get the money back anymore. It wasn’t a loan at all but he gave the money for you & your family as assistance to establish a new life in Canada. You aren’t giving it back.

The important thing there is that you are bringing the money in Canada accordingly. That’s why you declared the amount because the money in effect is already legally yours.

Bigla-bigla ba ang deposits sa account mo kaya naitanong ng CIC / MVO? Syempre kahit ibabalik mo yon, you won’t admit it and you should come up with the required amount naman talaga whatever happens.

You really have to have some amount naman talaga to sustain you & your family while looking for a “good” job in Canada.

Kami May 12 submitted..no 3rd line in ECAS yet! hintay hintay lang..

Mine last may 14 daw send ng st lukes extension clinic yung medical report ko ng tumwag ako sa knila. Until now im waiting for my 3rd line ECAS and PPR.

Kelangan ba talaga ako tumawag or just wait nlng nways sabi naman kc nila sa email dati sa MR na med exam at rprf must be submitted and done within 30 days. So ok naman yung med ko done may 6 at i paid rprf thru cc last may 11 nmn

I would like to send my valid PCC to CEM and DHL asked me the name of the receiver from CEM. May I ask what should I say to DHL or who is the receiver I can write in the DHL form.
