Even if you have a consultant, it's still your option not to make use of your consultant to represent you. I don't think that CIC will punish you if you had selected a consultant that they suspended and you didn't know about that when you signed up with them. Of course, the consultant won't tell you that they were suspended or about to be suspended. Who would ever want to get into a consultant who cannot represent you and is suspended/made a mess with CIC?

You had no choice because you already paid and had a contract with them when you came to know about it. So, you can be truthful to let them know about this and that this consultant advised you so.

Is the agency the one suspended or the agent himself? If it's the agent being suspended, why didn't you ask the agency for a replacement instead?

The question about, "Paano nila nalaman that you used a representative?" - You said you didn't declare or use a representative; so you mean you didn't fill up & submit the Access to Information by a Representative Form. - Paki linaw pa ng konti...

just received an email from CEM and they are asking for an explanation letter about my POF and a use of representative form. I don't know pano nila nalaman that i used a representative kasi nung time na nag file ako ng application ko that was the time na nagkakagulo ang CiC(consultancy) sa nasuspend nilang representative kaya nag suggest yung agent ko na wag ng i-declare na may representative ako. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks.

Hi killjoyako. Meron po akong queries:

1. Thru DHL po ba from SG to MVO?
2. Pano nyo po nakuha yung tracking number? Nag email or tumawag po ba yung MVO sa inyo?

Thank you po sa reply and sino po naka experience na iba yung delivery address ng passports like office instead of residence? Balak ko sana sa office ipapadeliver kasi walang tao sa bahay during the day.

Hi killjoyako, same kami ng question ni trixia. pano mo nalaman ung tracking number mo s DHL? nag-email b ang MVO informing you that the passports have been forwarded to DHL already?
Kc ganun din case namin eh, andito kmi s sg pero s MVO namin pinadala ung passports namin.

I am just inquiring so that when it comes, we are ready for it na with all the docs in our hands. Sobrang excited lang...

Katulad nyan, we need pa pala mga medical certf for the surgeon, prognosis, abstract, etc... Matrabaho din yan coz I have to excuse myself form the office to get these documents pala. Dapat noon pa pala ako nagtatanong about MR thing.

If matagal na yung operation, mas mahirap kumuha ng mga docs na yan... Tsaka, I want to choose the Hospital na mabilis mag submit ng results.

Kahapon lang na submit yung NBI & additional docs required from us. Although VFS reported to us that they were already received by MVO, we'll call CIC tonight if nareceive na nga nila para malaman ko na nasa kamay na mismo ng Visa Officer or Asst/staff yung docs. That way, alam ko na mare-review na nila yung papers namin. Then, I can figure out when the MR & RPRF are coming.

hi radtech23. we have the same agency (cic), naranasan ko din yang time n yan na sbi nila nsuspend daw ung representative so they asked me if pwede nmn dw ipasa kahit wla representative kaso nung mgddecide na ako, meron na pumalit so eventually nung naipasa may representative na kami na ininclude. ikaw ba, ngfill up k ng form na may representative ka? kasi if oo, malalaman tlga ng CEM yun.

hi what is GCMS po? i think we have the same timeline, sept 29 applicant and PER on jan 9, 2015 and still waiting for MR.

Hi queensangel! Thanks for responding to my query. The one who got suspended was the representative and not the "agency". And yes, i did not submit a use of representative form as advised by my agent. Parang DIY ang ginawa namin. The Agency could not find a replacement for their suspended representative at that time kaya we had no choice but to file my app without a representative.

we're on the same boat, naka receive din ako ng email kanina asking for an explanation letter regarding my proof of funds. I was advised by a friend to be honest with it, pero main problem ko is yung mga proof that will come along with my explanation since the funds were given to my by my dad.

On a lighter note, its a good sign na na pprocess na ung application natin

Still waiting hopefully in a couple of days na. Direcho na sana sa amin yung email ng MR.

It's fine to know about what your application is doing at this point. You may not need to wait longer.

I sent several CSE (3x) and a GMCS pero none of which replied to us... Until, eto na may dumating na email from MVO requesting about all our NBI clearances & update of some forms/docs.

Although, pwedeng wala ka ding matanggap na reply kasi ang sabi nila that if you're still within the timelines you may or may not receive any reply. However, I believe these inquiry tools can serve as a notice or heads upto them that they may have forgotten or missed 1 application waiting to be touched. Just like what happened to us. When our consultant inquired about our application, on the same day there was a 2nd line update.

When we sent the GMCS after a month, there was an email requesting NBI clearance. Kaya lang nga, we paid something, walang dumating na explanation anong nangyayari sa application during that "slack" period. I guess, they can't explain nor give specific details of what was happening during the "inquired" time kasi baka naman wala naman talaga... hahaha.

I hope I give you something to ponder upon and come up with a decision eventually...

I had raised a CSE with SGVO in March, 2015, for which I didn't receive any reply. So I decided to write an email to MVO asking if my application was with them and the next day I received an email from MVO stating that my application was transferred to MVO for further processing.
