Yes. Ang pdos kailangan per country. So kung pr ka ng australia at nag attend ka.ng pdos dati for australia and you are moving to canada, you need to attend pdos for canada.

Thanks for your response. We've been pr for almost 10years and only here in the forum I come to know about PDOS. Saka my isa taung kapatid dito na nagbanggit since he/she will not be departing from Phil so he won't do it. Medyo naguluhan lang po ako & nataranta it will be too hassle for us to attend the seminar. Anyways we can't help it if it's mandatory pero parang my point dn c Kuya/Ate...

yung birth certificate ng 2nd baby ko dun nila nakita. Kasi daw discrepancy ang birth order. 2nd ang nakalagay. They are asking kung saan ang 1st born ko. Diko dineclare ang 1st born ko, kasi nasa husband side ang bata. Wala sa akin.. it's an honest mistake talaga. Hindi ko inakala na naungkat nila yun just seeing sa birth cert ng 2nd baby ko. Yung 2nd child ko ang dineclare ko at accompanying. Yung 1st hindi. But still misrepresentation pa rin.

Grabe pala talaga mag-inspect at mag-analyze ang CEM sa mga documents natin. Ang tatalas ng mga mata!
But if you have already given all the necessary explanation and supporting documents, let's be positive na ico-consider nila yun.

Furthermore, paragraph 40(2)(a) of the Act applies if an applicant is determined to fall under the above
provision. It specifies that the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a
period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of
inadmissibility under subsection (1).
You and your wife did not provide truthful, complete and correct information on your applications forms as
you did not declare the existence of your other children and previous relationships.
Your failure to disclose the existence of your children from previous relationships and your wife's failure
to disclose her previous marriage even if it was legally dissolved, may be viewed as a direct
misrepresentation of a material fact relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the
administration of the Act.
Based on the above information, it appears that you may come within the inadmissible class of persons
described in the above section of the Act.
Before a final decision is made on your being inadmissible for misrepresentation, you may submit any
document or information to address this concern.
Any submission which you wish to provide should be sent to this office within 30 days from the date of
this letter. If no correspondence is received within the period specified, a decision will be made based on
the information available on your file.

May i ask if nakapag PPR napo kayo? Tama po sila nothing is impossible from God... Mahirap.... Pero i believe, this too shall pass..

May i ask, kelan ka nagpa-med exam at nagka-3rd line? May additional docs ba na hiningi sayo or MR at RPRF only? Salamat ng marami sa pagshare

We were scheduled April 24,2015 but then i got my period on the 23rd so na delay sha May 4th na ako nakapag urine...then May 5,2015 na submit ng clinic sa cem, a then got my 3rd line last May 9th... Then PPR on May 11th

For those planning to withdraw their pag-ibig funds ("permanent departure of the country")
It will be advisable if you will resign 2 months or more before you plan to leave the country.

We asked about it, and their process will wait for the last payment made by your company.
Ex. Your company last payment for your pag-ibig is May 2015, it will be available in the system of Pag-ibig June 20th, then can file your request (but they advise us to file a week later or the following month). Once requested the check will be released 10-15 working days (but sometimes more, for cases different region yung main office ng company mo).

Another option is, if your not planning to bring the money, you can issue a SPA, for somebody to claim it, and deposit in your account.

Additional tip: check nyo lang din if you had several company in the past, if your records are already merged. This will take 1 month to merge your files. It's best you do the merging ahead para iwas problema. ^_^

In our case kc most of our savings eh and2 s SG...Ng-inquire n rn kme s bank d2 kso it's also not possible to transfer our account s branch nila s Canada kc magkaibang entity daw un...So i'm wondering if we shoud start to transfer the money to our PH bank account...mejo talo n lng tlg kme s exchange rates from SGD to PHP to CAD...Although we are still waiting for PPR, i think kelangan n rn tlg kme mgresearch how to handle this situation...

Just in case meron ka idea panu, would highly appreciate if u can share it with us...
And sa mga forum friends bka may idea rn kayo how? Thanks!

yes we do have an agency. We tried to talk to them, but there opinion is to widthraw our application nalang daw. Kasi nga misrepresentation.we did not declare in our application from the very start yung previous marriage ko na na annulled na. And having a daughter with my previous marriage. Kasi in the 1st place wala sa akin yung bata, at na annulled na rin yung marriage namin. Nag apply kami sa fswp as new family of mine. Its really an honest mistake kasi hindi namin sinabi sa agency namin na meron akong previous annuled marriage.

Chip in lang ako regarding this as one of my concerns as well..

Plan ko rin mag bank draft na lang when the time comes.. Di pa ako nakapag tanung2x dito sa SG din sis, but i am planning na dito nalang ipa bank draft. Since pareho tayo na dito ang most of our savings. Sa POSB kami, so by the time. tanungin ko nlng cguro if meron ba silang bank draft in favor of CAD na.. I do hope so. Para pag uwi na din ng pinas, di na problema dala ng pera den convert nanaman..

Kindly share na rin sis when nka pag decide ka na on which course to take.. Thanks 8)
