2. Passport - Original and Photocopy

4. 2 recent passport-sized photographs that are 3.5 cm by 4.5cm, borderless with a white background
5. SG PCC Request Letter from CEM
We applied last 20-Apr and collected last 27-Apr. I'm quite surprised coz I thought 10~15 working days but in our case eh 5 working days lng…They will send sms to you regarding the collection date.

Set an appointment as soon as you received your MR. Mejo marami kc ngppamedical sa kanila…Nung time nmin Friday kme tumawag earliest n naibigay eh Wed pa..The process took about 3.5 hours including the xray. Marami kc tlg nung time nmin, mga ksabay nmin eh ilang group dn from oil and gas industry…

Medical Exam done:
1. Physical Exam (Height, Weight, then ung basic n ginagawa ng mga doctor during physical exam, inhale exhale ganun…touch touch lng s stomach…ung ears and eyes titingnan…but don’t wori conservative d2 s sg, nde katulad saten sa pinas totally naked ang balita ko! Lol!)
2. Eye Test – Ishira Test (ung sa color) and ung isang test may machine k titingnan and ssbihin mo kung saan nakalocate ung square n black and white….sa linaw dn ng mata most likely but nde ko alam anu tawag s test n un….ung usually kc na naeexperience ko ung eye chart na ssbihin mo anung mga letters… ;D
