Hi ElenitaGeoffrey, thanks for your helpful response, magresearch na ako paano kumuha d2 sa SG.

Hope dumating na MR/PCC ko by early next month and Good luck to you, ilang tulog nlang matatanggap niyo na visa niyo :)

As for the PCC to obtain here in SG, kelangan talaga daw na meron yung request from CIC. Di tayo mka kuha in advance. For the guys who have done it, it took them max around 15-20days from the PCC request dun sa SPF sa cantonment.

Hi,
My husband filed his FSW application last 05/2014 and received the UCI # last 09/2014. It says it's already for processing. Until now, we haven't received any update from CIC nor the Immigrant Consultant. I noticed that most of the FSW applicants had their Medical Exams already requested after 4-5 months only.
Please enlighten.
Also, will an arranged employment helps in speeding up the processing of this application?
Much help and advise very much appreciated, please.
We have been waiting for the update and dying to leave already.
Thank you so much!

Hi Angel. Basing on the timelines of those who submitted last May, most of them already got their visa last November-February. You may try the following options to check on your status.
1. If you received per(since you have your uci) last September, then your files should be in Manila now. Try to check your status online using your personal information and your uci here https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas
2. Maybe you can send a case-specific enquiry to the embassy. https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=manila
3. Some of the global members ordered GCMS notes to know the details of the status of their application. Maybe you can try to discuss this with your consultant.
4. Another thing, you can call CIC from outside Canada 1-613-944-4000.

Hello mga kababayan,

I want to ask if anyone here had experience on getting married after receiving PER? and before getting any AOR from the VO or MR..
Just want to know the Pros and Cons.
Planning to get married next month, and hoping somebody could shed light on what to expect like effect on the application, delays, additional documents needed, when to inform the VO, etc..

Thank you

Hello cnda0113,

May slight delay lang niyan sa application mo kasi magssubmit ka ng update information like marital status change, employment/employer change and other things related basta may change dun sa sinubmit mo na papers.

Yung sa brother ko, nagpakasal siya during the time na nag-apply siya and nanganak rin asawa niya. So marital status change and dependent's update information rin.

Yung other brother ko naman, ang ginawa niya, week before ng trip to canada niya, saka sila nagpakasal. pero din niya dineclare yun. Apparently, naghiwalay rin naman sila ng spouse niya.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Can we request cic or cem in advance for the pcc of dependent?
