help naman po, dito kame sa qatar and ang husband ko needs police clearance from uae, meron po same requirement at pano nio naprocess ung police certificate from uae...advance thank you sa inyong mga reply

Worried lang ako...

I submitted the additional requirements to include my daughter in our application nung Dec 23 (both original and email requirements). Its already Feb 3 pero di parin dumadating yung MR ng anak ko.

In fact, nauna nang dumating yung pre-departure seminar invitation sa amin pero yung MR ng baby ko wala pa. Ano na kayang nangyari? Any insights on how long this usually takes?

After receiving MR mo nirequest na ininclude ung daughter mo?

Hello magicool do you have any copy/photocopy of the demand draft or at least a copy/photocopy of the form
you signed when you got your DD? As far as I know, you can use this to refund your money provided the bank
clears that it was not encashed in the given time.

Hi Luca19, thanks for the reply.. Actually we have. Kayalang our bank requires a certain affidavit of loss from the payee (which is the Receiver General for Canada) in order to the check to be credited back to our account. Yun nga eh, they can always check naman with their partner bank if it was encashed but its their policy raw.

hi, sorry for what happened..i hope you can ask the agency for a refund kasi alam ko sa policy nila kung ang fault is on their side its possible..you can also prepare for express entry.. all the best! God bless!

They made us sign a waiver and in the contract twice naka-state that it is not refundable. But yeah they weren't able to fulfill their duty in our case, so perhaps we'll consider taking other steps kasi dito satin talagang mahal ang consultancy fee. Thank you Sarrie143!

PER is positive eligibility review which means your application has been placed into processing and to be endorsed to your chosen visa office
Maybe this week you will receive an email from CIO for the confirmation and acknowledgement of your payment
