Ang sarap naman basahin ng post mo. This is definitely the country I want my children to live in..sana maging ganito din ang pinas. So structured..so friendly..a good provider. Thanks ha for sharing. This is really very inspiring and very helpful.

May narinig ako dati ang Pinas daw kung icompare sa US e nahuhuli lang daw naman tayo ng more or less 200 years kasi 1800s industrialization age na sa kanila.. baka sa Canada mga 150 years nalang..mga 5 generations from now..Ang may pinakamabilis na feat ay ang South Korea kasi about 50yrs since war industrialized na sila (andun pa si FVR nung war sabi daw diba?)..Nasa pinuno yan..Kung si Pnoy siguro from now plus another 20 year term...unlad na Pinas nyan 2050. Pero...

hi kurnoy. tanong ko lng kung dun sa 1st attempt mo bakit hindi ka binigyan ng uci no.?
2nd application ko na kasi yung 1st ko is incomplete dahil sa reference letters.
andito ako ngayon sa korea at kumuha din ako ng police clearance para dun sa una kong application which is hindi ko pa natanggap. ang ginawa ko is pina translate ko lng yung police clearance and pina notarize ko sa korean lawyer. Medyo mahal ang pa notarize dito nsa 2k pesos.
Natry mo na sa korean embassy kung pede doon?

Sa may mga kagaya ko ng situation..Nagpunta ako Korean Embassy.. At natuklasan ko na sa kanila pala makakakuha ng English Police Clearance sa kagaya kong naging OFW sa SK...Kung uuwi lang din naman kayo dito bago magpasa at having the same difficulties with Hanguk Police Clearance...alam nyo na now ha...Balik uli ako dun tom to file request..hay nako hirap talaga...animal.....abot kamay na sumasablay pa..!

I have a doubt to fill "ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM". They mention it should be completed by both Principal applicant and spouse. My questions is, if I fill it then my name should be in Applicant place and my wife name should be in Spouse place. What would be the name of applicant if my spouse (dependent) fill the same form?

For example,
1. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM" filled by Principal applicant,

Mr.XXXX--- Applicant

Ms. YYY-----Spouse or Common-law partner



2. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM" filled by Spouse,

_______-----> Applicant ( Who is applicant here? Mr. XXXX or Ms. YYY?) ==> MS.

_______------->Spouse or common-law partner ( Who is spouse here? Mr. XXXX or Ms. YYY?) ==> MR.





My another question is,

If space is not enough in BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM(4 PAGES), we need to print it more.

==> on an a4 paper write name, form title and number and the question yor are answering

Actually wala pa ako narereceive na PER via snail mail until now, umaasa lang ako sa update ng ECAS, buti nalang CEM provided me the file number that was sent during my enquiry to them, and i'm very happy kahit yun lang ang pinanghahawakan ko at the moment. Yung agent ko wala parin silang update regarding sa status ng application ko, mas nauna pa ako sa kanila. Haha.

Anu na pala balita sau sureluck and sa mga ka-CIC natin, may 2nd line kana ba sa ECAS? Thank you!

Hi Winterpeg, July 3 applicant ako, Oct.29 PER ko. Nauna ka nacharge sakin naalala ko.
Feeling ko mas nauna PEr mo kesa sakin. Mhirap nga lang snail mail sayo.
And Until now, wala pa din update sa Ecas ko. Hindi pa rin nachange ang address. Nasa Canada kasi consultant ko, then my branch dito sa Manila. Canada pa din address sa Ecas.

@sureluck, ibig sabihin kaya wala pa papers ko sa Manila VO?
remained untouch pa rin kaya documents ko in CEM?
Kakainip maghintay ng MR ano? Tsaka di pa ko sure kung waived ang intervew namin.

I just place the additional page 2 after the original page 2? For instance, the order , page 1, page 2, page 2(additional), page 3, page 4

or

page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4, page 2(additional), page 4?

Please advice me.

Ok.. I'll answer your BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM.

Either way its fine, basta lagyan mo ng label ung additional page mo.
Make sure nakalagay dun sa taas na Schedule A - Background Declaration AND No. 8 Personal history

I did not print same form. I made my own separate sheet para malinaw sa kanila.
Basta ang importante magkakasama sila, you can do the > page 1, page 2, page 2(additional), page 3, page 4 , if you like..

Bilangin ko nalang days mula bukas.. Di ko tinanong e.. So bago lang din pala talaga yung process..Buti naman..Yan talaga matagal nang gumugulo sa isip ko...alam mo naman Ulsan e province na e wala yata competent lawyer aware of these procedures.

hello sarah crew, sino consultant mo dito? kung Oct 29 PER mo, nasa CEM na rin papers mo and am sure under review na yun kasi meron nang may MR na Oct 23. If you really want to confirm, you can try sending a case specific enquiry sa CEM. Mabilis lang sila mgreply.

@#winterpeg, dont worry about PER..darating din yun, matagal lang talaga. ako, more than a month. basta MR nalang. ganyan din ako dati praning magcheck ng ECAS

wala pa rin balita sa MR ko...di ko na rin alam anong nangyayari sa CEM.
