Question po... about settlement funds... (re-applying for 2nd time, no news for the 1st application yet)

I'm planning to re-submit this week po, ask ko lang po, I have a company loan and bank loan deductible to my payroll every payday. So naka-reflect siya sa payslip ko. It's better to get a certification from the bank or our company, no question about that.

But jus tthe same, pwede ba na hindi na -declare yun? kaso makikita sa payslip na may deduction. I was planning to submit an ITR na lang kaso iba na salary ko sa work reference letter due to salary increase. ano po best way to do. habol din kasi sa time dahil November na din naman. NOC 1111.

YES ba sagot dyan or no nilagay niyo dahil hindi naman refused backlog lang or binalik dahil cap/incomplete docu. sorry ang eng eng ba ng tanong? Thanks!

My answer is NO. I applied in 2013 but returned dahil sa cap. Returned dahil sa cap ay hindi refusal but Hindi nabigyan ng chance :'(

Senior and Experts, please enlighten me on this...

I am applying under NOC 0112. On years 2008 and 2010 while working as HR Manager, I had the opportunity to also teach in the university for 2 hours (MWF) in the evening. Since I did not ask for exemption from the mandatory deduction, my name was reported by said university in SSS, hence said part-time employment was reflected on my SSS records.

Question:

1. Do I need to ask COE with detailed JD from the said university considering that engagement was just part-time and not the NOC Category I am applying?
2. Do I need to attach SSS report detailing my employment history?

With regards to my full time employment as HR Manager, I have my 2316 and certificates of recognition from the company to attest my full-time continuous employment with them.

Please enlighten.

Hi,

It would best to secure a certificate of employment wether it is part time or fulltime. If you will scan your application form, you will have to list all your employment history for the past 5 or 8 years and there should be no gap. Any misinterpration will be considered as a refusal on your application.
