Hi! Please seniors/experts, I need you help...

In filling up the "national identity document (NID)" in the generic form, can we use SSS or driver's license number since we don't have NID
in the Philippines?

If I use SSS#, can i just leave the date issued/expiry blank since these info are not provided in the SSS ID?

Hi, thank u vncntybnz. Last question po, kahit ano po ba courier like fedex or LBC pwede Imail yung RPRF at yung additional document na hinihingi sa Amin ng wife ko na NBI?

Pina-LBC ko ang managers check namin. Pero sa PPR, baka FEDEX or DHL ang gagamitin ko na.

And tama po ba na 19,900 pesos each ang RPRF namin ng wife ko as manager's cheques?

Yes, P19,900 each pero pwede naman i-combine mo into 1 check nalang, bale P39,800 total. We used BPI managers check and they were able to confirm after 3 days na na-clear na ang check.

Hi po, thank you sa advised mo. Nakapagpagawa na Kasi Ako manager's cheques sa. BDO yesterday, ask ko Lang, dapat ba ilagay namin yung name namin ng wife ko, tig isa kami cheque sa likod ng cheque? Please help po...gusto ko na Kasi Imail yung sa ami. Dahil two weeks nalang kami dito sa Pinas May working visa Kasi kami sa US kaya wala na kaming maraming time para maasikaso itong cAnada namin. Help me po please:-(( thanks in advance)

Sorry, just read your question. What I did is, I just got one Managers check for me and my spouse and wrote the principals name at the back of the check and application number.

But in your case put each of your name at the back of the checks and write the application number also

Thank u fg101. From the list of panel physicians in cic website, they certainly had their medicals at dr. Mansukhani in Davao Doc. And the other 3 doctors are in Nationwide which is located in front of Davao doctors hospital. Kung ganon, either of the 2 clinics, palipat-lipat ka ng bldg, kasi yung mga labs, if sa Nationwide ka, sa davao doc pa rin gagawin. Pwde ka naman mg advance inquiry sa clinics kahit wala pang request for MR. Accommodating naman sila kausap. Pina explain ko nga pano yung process sa medicals hehe..

In my case, I have decided to renew my passport to avoid hassle in the future, even it expires on oct 2015.

In my knowledge, passport should be at least 6 months valid from expiration date when you are traveling abroad. So better check your schedule carefully should you decided not to renew otherwise.
