yup most likely nasa canada na tayo nyan next year kasi 1-2 months after Visa Grant usually dapat nasa canada na.

Un nga ang prob si eds wifey na under cic wala pa june 2 siya. Saan kaya pwede magfollow up kasi ang hirap talaga kung aasa ka lang sa email. Sana may other way pa.

nagpunta ako sa CIC, hintayin ko daw muna ang email...lahat na kayo nagkakagulo ako maghihintay lang...ang galing di ba. so disappointed with them.

Thanks rb107f.. Yun nga eh. Sabi ng agent namin papadalhan nalang daw yung Lvo ng updated rep na papel.. Bali 2mrw submit kmi sa CIC.. Siguro isa sa pagsubok ni Lord lang to sa atin. Manalig lang tayo guys.. Tiwala lang at dasal magkikita kita din tayo sa canada.. Sana.. God bless us all..

^ Walang bearing dapat sa processing itong case ng suspension. Yung worst case scenario sa suspension ng lawyer ng CIC consultancy ay hindi na siya makakapag-represent sa client. Under Canadian law, may protection din naman ang mga clients in cases like these. At least CIC consultancy has done their part and informed the real CIC and CEM of the situation and they're asking their clients to cancel the first appointment to replace with a new representative.

iisang lawyer lang ba ang CIC pilipinas? diba ang na suspenso is yung nasa manila CIC?
my case was handled by CIC Cebu. Apektado din ba ako nito? walang tawag ang agency sakin regarding this.

^ Did you include a Use of Representative form for Weisdorf? Requirement din naman sa form yung signature ng principal applicant so you should know. I didn't use "CIC" but from what I understand on what others have shared, they have some clients who have listed the lawyer John Weisdorf as a representative. He's been suspended for reasons not related to his immigration practice.
It's simple enough to cancel his appointment as representative.

Congrats to dgarcia! Accdg to the spreadsheet he/she Got medical request today per date sept 8. Real fast processing. Sana ako din!

I saw this is the spreadsheet too! Wow! I received PER on Sept 4. Nauna pa sya. Hehe. When will I receive mine???? Kinakabahan na tuloy ako. Is there a possibility that our application will get denied at the VO stage?

Anyway, congratulations to all those who were charged and who received PER and MR. I'm still keeping my hopes up.
