Anybody sa inyo who have an idea regarding the verification of employmen? Does it happen before or after the MR? Quite worried coz my employer changed their contact number. My ECAS shows that they started to process my application last September 11. On my end, I received MR Sept.12.

Thanks for the reply! I saw the posted letter with 4 images, our situation is not mentioned in that letter -- so does this mean if our file arrived in Canada they wont consider it incomplete? I think it's too late to re-route it as it arrived in Canada this morning T.T.. If that's the case, do i have to take IELTS now to make it up? We have enough points without my IELTS, we are just thinking about saving the IELTS money for settling there later...
Coz we checked "yes", which means "we want points on the spouse's language efficiency", right?? GOd i'm so confused... We applied under NOC 3012 nurse.

will you still be eligible even if the points for spouse's language is not counted? pasok pa rin ba sa 67 points or higher? If yes, I think you'll be fine, kasi they will just not add the 5 points, pero if you really need that 5 points to be eligible, kailangan talaga yung valid IELTS.

My husband was confused when he made that mistake -- we communicate to each other in English coz i dont speak good Tagalog and he doesnt speak Chinese at all!!! They give only two boxes to check whether "yes fluent (with IELTS result)" or "no". But of course i am fluent...

We are like, about, 73, without my IELTS test... We were rushing to make it into the cap, plus save the money -- so I didnt bother to take ITELS again.

Questions naman po sa mga naCAP last year, Ilan months bago bumalik yung application forms nyo? If ever ba walang nag receive sa mailing address nyo san pupunta yung application? return to sender ba? meaning babalik sa canada ulit?

Congratulations sa MR, PCC at RPRF request mo.
about sa police clearance inquiry mo, makakarelate ako jan kc ung husband ko is nagwork sa Dubai noong 2006 pa, he stayed only for more than 5 months (so malapit na talagang sumaktong 6 months). When CEM sent an email about our MR, RPRF at PCC, humihingi rin sila ng PCC ng hubby ko from UAE, so nagemail back ako to explain na 5+ months lang xa nag stay sa Dubai kaya dapat no need na for PCC. After that, nagemail ulit ang CEM at iprove daw na 5+ lang nagstay ang hubby ko sa Dubai, so we scanned the exit and extry stamps sa passports nya nung 2006, plus ung Visa nya sa Dubai at ung COE na nagpapatunay na hindi xa 6 months ngstay don. So ayun, nagreply, hindi na nga daw need, hehe.

By email lang ang alam kong way pra makipag communicate sa CEM and yes, 30 days lang ang deadline ng PCC pero humingi ako ng extension kc andito na kme sa Canada at ang dami daming hocus focus bago makakuha ng NBI jan sa Pinas. Hindi nagreply ang CEM saken na extended ung NBI nmin, kaso inassume ko nlng na inextend nila, on the way na anyway ung PCC nmin jan sa Pinas.

By the way, did you use yung "Case Specific Enquiry – Manila" site or may certain email address ka na sinendan for your request?

Siguro ang gagawin ko na lang muna same ng ginawa mo, explain ko na hindi rin ako ng stay more than 6 months sa US, then isabay ko lahat ng proof na pwede ko ibigay. I hope ma waive na lang din nila for my case.

Kung hindi naman pumayag eh "plan b", tsaka ako hihingi ng mahabang extension. Dahil according to FBI site, approximately 8-10 weeks processing nila. Idagdag pa ang pag mail back nila ng result. I hope waive na lang, dahil sobrang ma dedelay na application namin kung hintayin pa ang FBI clearance.

I'm going to claim it! Na ma wawaive ang FBI clearance! Hehehe.. Yes! Keep the faith alive!

I think verification is before the MR

I really hope so ppmom. Worried lang baka they will try to reach my employer then hindi nila macontact. But yung application for FSW ng mga dati kung mga katrabaho who are now in Canada as PR, verification on the side of the employer did not happen...Siguro the officer was satisfied with their documents.

Good luck sa yo ppmom! Your MR will come, baka bukas. Sa akin Friday yun.
But when you receive your MR, another worry na naman... Not until we have our VISA na talaga hehehe...nakakapraning ;D

Hi Friends,
kakachanged ko lang ng date of Application received.
Intead of June 10, July 3,2014 pala narecieve ng CIO application namin.
Im so disapointed at masama loob talaga sa agent ko. completed ko na docs May 30 palang, so sabi nya 1st week of june nasa CIO na yun.
Then nung nagfollowup ako July 3 daw narecieve.
Diba sobrang tagal bagi nila maisend?

Kala ko ok ang agent ko, sakit ng ulo din pala.

Nagwowory tuloy ako baka maubusan nako ng CAP.

Sa tingin nyo aabot pako sa CAP? NOC 2281

nagbayad din ako ng consultancy, kaso nalaman ko ganyan nga sila magtrabaho wala sense of urgencyafter ko magbayad. I passed my application on my own and check sa site paano icomplete yung forms. Good thing today I got my PER, then ng email sila kung when ko daw ibibigay documents ko. I told them already at CIC. In short sayang lang binayad ko sa kanila. bahala na si LORD sa kanila. 55k is too much. wala naman sila ginawa..

Nakabayad na kasi kami kaya hindi ko na din mabawi. tsaka nung una kasi hindi ko alam yung pasikotsikot, woried ako bk mali ang pagfillup ko ng form lalo na yung part na mahahaba. tsaka yung strategy to match the job description. Anyway, lesson learned. Late ko na kasi nadiscover itong forum, he he. Sayang. Kung nalaman ko lang agad ito, sa forum na lang ako tumutok at DIY na lang din sana ko.

Just did one of our PCC request this morning so hopefully we are able to complete all before the 30 days expire.

Yes SG COC. Its between 8:30am-12:30pm lang then yung 2-5pm is just for fingerprinting for other PCC request such as FBI, NBI etc.

COC is SGD55 per application and Fingerprinting for other PCCs will be SGD15. Hope that helps.

Congrats for MR and the new baby.

X-ray can be deferred although she has to do it after delivery or as soon as her doctor says it's safe to do it. Medyo matatagalan lang ang processing niyo.

Nabasa ko po yan from previous posts sa forum and I found a form (IMM 5733) for pregnant women undergoing medicals who can sign an xray deferred form.

KitsuneDream, how about the new baby, additional dependent right? meaning, she also need to wait MR from VO?

Last year, we filed our application September 20,2013 CAP reached din.
Then we received the rejected package around January 20, 2014.

Actually nagpasa na kami ng application and it was received @july 3 by mike. My husband is the primary applicant. Wala pang nbi na kasama. So we both need to get nbi dba...eh I worked at malaysia 10-11months. Ako lang, not my husband.. Do i still need to get police clearance or hindi na kasi i'm not the primary applicant naman?

Hehe police clearance na agad tanong no wala pa ngang cc harge at per

anyway, CONGRATS to all na may CC charge, DD encash, PER, MR,PCC at RPRF!!

you need police clearance din po. all family members 18 and above are required.
