ung valuation galing sa authorized HDB accessors. Tapos print ko lang ung proof of HDB unit ownership sa website nla at purchase transcation.. naka indicate din dun ung mga name and email add ng HDB contact person incase mag inquire ung VO.
I give up nyo po ba ung PR nyo dito s sg once Canada visa approved?

Ah okay na po yon, may contact person naman pala. Di muna siguro namin give up ang PR dito sa SG kase kaka-renew lang namin last year. Sayang naman ang 5 yrs. Para may fall back pa rin kahit papano. Kapag medyo stable na sa Canada (God willing) saka nalang siguro kami babalik to renounce our residency. It takes 17 days bago makuha ang CPF. Pambili ng bahay sa Canada hehe.

Ask lng po regarding documents from my relative in canada. Pwede po ba yung invoice galing sa"shaw" na nkapangalan sa relative ko. Parang bill sya for payment ng internet nila dun ang pangalan ay "shaw" kung sa atin pa parang globe telecom. Pwede kaya as proof of stay ng relative ko dun. para iaatach ko sa aking application at madagdagan nman ang points ko.

need expert advise, need ko ksi additional points from relative. Thanks po.

i'm new here. based sa online assessment ko with Quebec Skilled Worker Program qualified kami ng common law spouse ko. nung mgssubmit n kmi biglang na reach na ung cap limit.
ngtry kami uli mgpassess sa federal skilled worker. this time ako nlng mgging principal applicant as i will aim for a much higher ielts score.pra mgqualify kami sa points. (i hope makapasa with a good score).
i have a bachelor degree in nursing with 1 year and 9 mos. working experience. how many points kaya yun? since need pa mgpaassess sa ECA.
will our application be affected din if we get married?
we have a 4 month old dependent and plan kc nmn to get married on december this year.

all we want is the best for our son. since we are both nurses and we wish to get married din muna para lahat ng papers wala na babaguhin before we submit.

This is true. Although kami naman nag-request ng formal letter showing our CPF balance with CPF letterhead, signed and stamped by an officer. Para lang syang bank cert din.

Print from CPF website lang kasi yung sa amin kaya pinanotaryo namin sya kasama ang IC. Di kami kumuha ng bahay kaya wala din kabawas-bawas ang CPF namin.

Sa case ng friend namin na gustong i-renew ang re-entry permit nya, declined na ng SG kasi PR na din sya sa ibang bansa. Buti nga at kakarenew nyo lang din. Tama ka, pambili na din ng house yun

Newbie here, FSW2014 applicant din po (Singapore VO). Ask ko lang po if pwedeng mag request ng transfer of application to another VO, particulary to CEM. Medyo hindi po kasi maganda ang feedback sa Singapore VO dahil sa dami ng backlog. May gumawa na ba nito???

why does it take more than 3 months now to received a PER or cc/dd charged? Dati rati it only takes two months the most. ang tagal nmn ngayon...
