Hindi tinanggap ng WES yung virtual credit card ko, kinailangan kong gamitin yung "real" (plastic) credit card.
Un real plastic card po ang gamet ko. Wala pa po ako reference number pero nag emai ako sa wed, sabi successful un payment ko. It has been 2daya already and hnd pa dn daw nagrereflect sa bank though deducted.
In my experience, I used my unionbank EON card (debit card na pwede din gawing credit card), to pay for WES.
I deposited my funds, and prior to sending my docs and the school sending my docs through DHL, i made sure i have paid the fee.
When i paid through their online site, upon entering my card details, I got worried coz parang nag-hang yung website nila. tapos nilagay dun diba na you have to click on the confirmation button once.
When this happened, I called my bank and they told me that the amount was deducted.
But then again, I did not have the REFERENCE NUMBER.
What I did was I called WES (office hours), and they told me they will update my status. After about 2 days, my status in the WES website was updated.
Also, I clarified about the documents to send, and they told me that I have to send "PHOTOCOPIES". diploma from me, and TOR from my school.
They told me they will not accept original documents.
After about 3 weeks, I got my WES report.
