Hi. New to this forum. CIO received my application on May 12, 2014.
Question: no-no ba to staple documents with multiple pages? Pwede bang ma-reject ang
application ko because of that? I also used paper clips to attach smaller items like the photos and the
self-addressed mailing labels. Nakakahinayang naman kung i-reject nila ang docs ko just because I stapled
multiple-page docs together

I wondered the same noon, pero I think ok lang naman, sa dami ng mga papeles na issubmit, mas illogical kung hindi mo isstapler yung mga files na kailangan istapler like Employment Contract, etc. kung irereject nila yung application ng dahil lang dun, eh wag na tayo sa Canada. Hahaha.

Ang alam ko lang na wag isstaple is yung mga forms from the CIC website ung mga iffill-up mo.

Ok lang naman staple... masyadong kakapal kapag puro paper clip... wala naman sinabi na bawal stapler at wala naman rejection reason na dahil inistapler yung forms.or applications.

Is it ok to submit a passport that would be exipred on november 2014? My spouse's passport renewed but unfortunately there was a delay in processing in Dfa. I already have a UCI number. Is it ok if i send it nalang ihahabol q nalang after ng release?

I also stapled yong forms ex. Yong generic sama sama, yong supplement travel sama sama, etc. ang alam ko na di dapat is yong i staple lahat ng forms together or supporting documents ng sama sama lahat.

I a span of 3 weeks time meron na agad positive assessment yung sa girlfriend ko and yung sa subordinate nya, both of them are clinical audiologist. Im excited and worried at the same time kasi napakabils ng process this year. I'm still waiting for my docs from WES and hoping that open pa yung 2173 or 2174 before end of the month.

what do you mean may positive assessment na? For fsw2014 may per na sila nareceived?

1. Ano po ginamit niyo na agency for ECA? WES po ba? kasi wala ung university ko sa list of schools nila eh kaya im worried. ALSO, I only have translated copy of my Diploma, ung original ko po kasi na-ondoy...ano po pwede gawin dito?

2. Ung eligible ko na work eh 2-3 years lang (not my current job), which umabot pa rin naman ako sa eligibility...kaso problem ko lang, i need to get a new certificate of employment kasi the one i have is not according to the specifications ng CIC, also paano po ba yan if nagsara na ung company last 2011? ano po pwede gawin to address this? sa work experience ko kasi, ito lang ung eligible, so if wala na ako chance for this, (sigh) hanggang dito na lang pala ako...

3. May idea na ba kayo ano na ang updates ng applications received for FSW ng CIC? Kasi baka malapit na rin pala mag-cap ung NOC ko...

4. pwede naman NBI clearance instead of police clearance?

5. Need ko pa ba kumuha ng consultant ng based sa canada (licensed din)???

6. How to go about the Demand Draft (DD)? I dont have a credit card kasi so i know of no other way to pay the fee...

ALSO, if may sample kayo or instruction on how to fill up the application form, pwede papost ng link, para lang may reference ako...may mga terms kasi dito na di ko alam ano nire-refer..

I think they are not part of 2014 FSWP kasi they tried to submit their application before the end of April, 25th to be exact para hindi umabot sa May 1, kasi minamadali sila ng consultant.

> Di ka ba pede mag request sa school mo ulit? As to the question na wala sa list ang school, that i dont know what to do. Maybe email WES.

> sa existing pa, pabago mo nalang sa format na kailangan.
> sa nagsara na, why dont you try locating your supervisor or officer and ask affidavit from him/her stating all the required information. Make affidavit also stating everything about your work experience, closure of company etc. Get some documents that proved that the company ceased operations. Get copies of your ITRs, sss contributions documents, everything that will support your claim for experience.

4. pwede naman NBI clearance instead of police clearance? Yes. Sa philippines NBI clearance ang kailangan i secure.

5. Need ko pa ba kumuha ng consultant ng based sa canada (licensed din)???

>Sa case mo, need mo nga siguro ng consultant. Pero be prepared, ikaw din hahagilap ng supporting documents mo hindi ang consultant.

WES po it's faster than ICAS. Hindi ka pwede kumuha copy sa school mo po?

Kausapin mo current HR nang company nyo and tell her/him about the said CoE na need mo. If me existing kang CoE pero it doesn't match sa specs nila, try to check your contracts and payslips

Ayun sa aking consultant sa canada, after a month after mo magsubmit at mareceive CIC yun papers mo, encash or credit na nila yun fees mo sa application mo.
4. pwede naman NBI clearance instead of police clearance?
NBI Clearance po yun kunin mo yun for travel abroad

5. Need ko pa ba kumuha ng consultant ng based sa canada (licensed din)???

It depends sayo if kayang kaya mo naman wag na, pero if yun NOC mo eh hotlist go for consultant para me taga guide ka at taga check/qa nang files mo.

For the demand draft ask ka po sa bank neto, I used credit card kasi

Sana talaga lahat tayo ay may positive assessments at ma-waive na ang interviews. Kailangan din ng Canada ang masisipag at adaptable na Pinoys sa workforce nila. Kung false alarm yung three weeks na assessment, ibig po ba sabihin minimum of two months from receipt of application talaga ang waiting time? Email lang po ba ang matatanggap ng applicant?

Nakup, pati yun CIC forms ay stinapler ko. Nakakapraning. DIY lang kasi ako. Hay.

Okay lang siguro yun. Medyo nakakapraning nga after mo masubmit ang mga papers, pero wala na tayo magagawa nasubmit na natin. Let's just hope and pray na walang maging issues sa applications natin at makareceive tayo ng PER.

Yung sa akin di ako gumamit ng stapler or paper clip pero nilagyan ko ng sticker tabs at nilagyan ko number based sa checklist. para organized kahit papano. Ang kinapapraningan ko is yung certificate of employment ko hindi kumpleto. 10 Years ang total work experience ko... ang naiprovide ko lang na employment certificates 8 years. di ko naibigay yung first 3 employers ko kasi hirap ako magrequest dahil wala ako sa Pinas. Yung mga naging employers ko lang abroad ang naiprovide ko. Sana di maging problema.

>WES is better..Meron silang data ng mga lahat ng schools sa buong mundo..kong wala yong school mo research nila yon pag ng request ka ng ECA.
Ang alam ko hindi na ng issue ng baong diploma ang mga schools..gagawan ka reconstructed diploma lang..hingi ka nun tpos hingi ka rin certification din.

>Just make an affidavit regarding your job descriptions..tpos attached mo yong una mong CoE..tpos make sure meron ka din attached na other proofs like..payslips, offer letter, promotion letter. etc...importante ma prove mo na ng work ka sa company na yan..

It's not false alarm I assure you kasi minamadali na din namin yung papers ko. Waiting na lang sa WES and hoping hindi pa puno yung 2173 or 2174 by then. Hindi ako sumabay magpasa ng documents sa kanila kasi 300 lang yung 2174 fsw2013. I was hoping for student visa, which is mas mahal compared for fswp application.

Yup email lang yung reply. Walang documents na binalik or pinapasubmit ulit. Naka-emphasis sa email yung UCI *########* Application *E000######* she said baka wala nang interview since mataas yung score nila 76 sabi ng consultant.

Right now, nagdadalawang isip ako if I will hire the same consultant since positive yung experience ng girlfriend ko with them and nung subordinate nya
