hi immanuelluna, I'd like to ask lang po kung pano iffill up yung additional family information kapag yung spouse na ang gagawa...please help me po if you know how...
same form lang kasi para sa principal applicant and sa spouse and hindi nakaspecify kung para sa spouse yung isang form na kailangan ifill up. to make it simple, sino po ilalagay sa applicant box and spouse box kapag yung spouse na ang magfifill up? and sino po ang signatory for this additional family information para sa form ng spouse?

For spouse and dependent child of 21 years old, when they need to fill out additional family information signature - do they need to sign it themselves or is this signed by the principal applicant for them? I'm just worried about this signature. please help me...

They should sign the form. They are considered in the majority age capable of signifying to the truthfullness and correctness of the entries in the form.

Please correct me if im wrong. Applicant will always be the principal applicant. Spouse will always be the dependAnt spouse. The difference will only be the family information of the immediate families such as parents, siblings and the signature. It should be signed by the person whose information the form relates to.

1. Do I need to submit all the forms to CIC even if it is not relevant to my application? Here are some of them:

a. I haven't traveled anywhere.

b. Not Applicable.
Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409] (PDF, 19 KB) April 2009

c. Didn't use a representative.
Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (PDF, 611 KB) March 2014

2. For schedule A, for background declaration my wife filled out the information
but will she sign the form or will I as the principal applicant sign this?

I mean sang exact adress nyo ipapadala ang application?

pakiexplain nmn po ung about sa self addressed envelope.
ibig sabihin ba nun dapat 2 envelopes ang isasama mo?

self addressed mailing labels po ang need, bale print ka na lng ng labels with your address on a sheet of paper, kung meron kang sticker paper, the better.

When sending application package through courier:

actually to be on a safe side atleast hit 12K CAD just to be safe sa exchange rate.
