welcome! in my case po, they said they returned it Sept last yr then na receive ko po Jan this yr na because it still passed through my agent.

yun sa akin po kasi na receive yun application ko last year Aug. 19 kaya late na talaga na reach na yun cap pero until now wala ni email kaya medyo worried ako baka mamaya nawala in transit yun docs ko.

mine was received Aug din, mailed back to me due to cap reached last nov 13 then na receive ko ngayong april lng...sobrang tagal talaga.

Kailangan po ba kasama na yun nbi clearance sa application or kahit wala pa po ito sa initial submission ng application?

Based from my experience in applying last year from WES, they gave me 2 copies. And if you still know your account from WES you can re order again but just a copy , not quite sure if you need to go through the whole process again.

It's a great news that there are more NOC available.

Good luck! I just finished my papers last week and sent it when the doors will be open for may 1 2014 applicants Waited for around a year, after the cap was reached for noc 2174.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think merong "age limit" such that pag over 40 ka na is hindi ka na pwede mag-apply. May corresponding points ka depending on how old you are. You may visit this page: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-age.asp

they will release new guidelines on the 26th (siguro 27th sa mga nasa Manila).
for now hope and pray na minor lang ang updates nila.

My fearless forecast, no major change in criteria and point system in fswp 2014 from fswp 2013 or there will be no change at all. Why? Major change will happen next year. This year is the bonus for fswp aspirants. Cap increased pa.
