Hi Stitchibiz,

Pareho tayo nakareceive ng mail from CIC. Difference is sayo snail mail na per while sa akin returned application docs because NOC mismatch. i was considered financial manager by cic kahit daily task ko is accounting supervisor.

Seniors, friends and forumers, please help. I would like to resend sa NOC 1212. Questions are:

1.Ano additional support ko kasi noc 1212 talaga ang work ko? I have appointment letter when promoted as accounting supervisor, may mga salary change memo din and performance evaluation indicating all my duties and responsibilities. o kahit magpaaffidavit ako sa hr head at boss ko gagawin ko to prove that supervisor at hindi manager ako. okay lang bah iadd ko ito lahat or baka mas lalo ireturn kasi marami akong attachment na hindi nakaindicate sa checklist.

2. Okay lang ba na iedit ko ang certificate of employment ko? idelete lahat ng duties na under finance manager? malalaman ba ng cic ito? ground for rejection ba ito?

3. Do I need to make a letter of explanation for resending new application and mentioning my 1st application na nareject because of NOC mismatch?

4. and lastly, pasok pa kaya ako sa CAP as of today 179 completed apps ang NOC 1212?

URGENT!!!! PLS.... HELP..... thank you in advance.

1. Revise your JD and take note of key words and rephrasing. Please see my previous posts for guidance. Submit all the supporting documents you can.

2. Its up to you. JD talaga ang labanan dito.

3. No need. It will be considered as a new application by CIO but they will have records of your failed attempt because of your UCI. But a cover letter won't hurt.

Detailed COE + JD ang hinihingi nila. As long as pasok lahat ng requirements nila sa Proof of Employment mo, kahit 10 pages pa yan, ok lang. :) I revised my previous post.

Please back read some of my posts for guidance on how to rephrase JD.

Take note of this from my previous post. It applies to all NOCs:

How can I make sure I have created the perfect JD for 3233?

Post it on the international thread and await for a response by a senior member.

E-mail your JD to noc-cnp @ workingincanada.gc.ca and noc @ workingincanada.gc.ca (remove spaces). They will respond in a few days with what they think your NOC code should be. The e-mail reply could be printed and submitted along with your application for more conviction.

You could start your letter with something like:

To Whom It May Concern,

I am planning to apply to Canada's FSW 2014 program and I would like to inquire

whether my job description applies to NOC code XXXX.

[PASTE YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION HERE]

Paano ba magback read na message molang lahat makita ko? baka lang may paraan...Or kailangan talaga page by page ko iopen itong 800 pages. okay lang din. pero baka may paraan na hindi ko alam.

Amen to that Bro..

When po kayo na charged? From what i have read. CIC don't send us email if app returned that are unsuccessful during C-check. But they do send email for PER & NER. But we don't think in any way for the latter..

Hope tuloy2x na processing natin..
