there is an option to change address sa ECAS..
try to view your status..kapag in process na sya..you can update your new address..

nag log in ako sa ECAS, then ung nakalagay sa Permanent Residence Application Status is "In Process".
Click ko sya lumabas lang ung line 1" We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2014

Saan po area dapat ung pwed change or wala pa ako sa state na pwed na ako mag update via ECAS?
