Ok lang yan just get ready to explain to CEM why a big amount of money was transferred to your name. Best thing is to add affidavit from explaining the transfer. I have also read that a power of attorney is useful in appeasing the IO assigned to you. Pero kung yan lang ang magpapatagal sa pag lodge mo, kahit to follow nalang yan. Ang importante yung bank certificate.

I have been a silent reader of this forum and I finally decided to register to participate and share my own queries about the application.

My main issue is to apply under 3012 or 3233 pero as the seniors like bosschips advised other forum mates na RN mas relax ka kung 3233 na i-ffile. And also based on the experience ni willow na nagka PER na malaki ang chance na maka pasok sa Cap.

Nakuha ko na WES report ko today and ang naka lagay Canadian Education Equivalent: Diploma (two years)

Then ang JD ko at COE Assistant Nurse kasi yun lang naman designation ko sa hospital na pinagtrabahuhan ko pero RN ako. Sa JD naman medyo malapit naman sa NOC 3233 ang ibang duties ko pero meron pa ibang nadagdag na ibang duties.

Mag FFile palang ako soonest is next week. Dapat sna NOC 3012 aapply-an ko pero after reading mga post dito I have decided na NOC 3233 na apply-an.

Sana tama decision ko. I think kailangan ko lang ma share and atleast makakua ng moral support from all of you na naghihintay, mag aapply and kaka apply palang.

Wala kang talo diyan. Just make sure you are 70-80% match. Maglodge ka na ASAP dahil once mag CAP ang 3012 sa CIC website, malamang puro 3233 na ang ipapayo ng mga agencies sa clients nila at susunod na din na mapuno yan. Hindi kasi sure ang karamihan sa 3233 kaya konti lang ang count niya sa CIC. Take advantage of this information while you can.

Possible ba isama as proof of fund ang stock certificate, kukulangin kasi ung laman ng bank ko.. di ko pa pwede ibenta stocks kasi mataas pa paper loss ko duon...

tama po na pag applicant, spouse and a daughter -POF = 18097... may nabasa kasi ako sa previous pages na 14720 lang cinonsider ng IO sa letter nya...

Sa case ko sinama ko yung nasa stocks ko pero puro equity na hawak ko nun, umexit ako sa lahat para sure baka kasi isipin ng IO eh bumaba pa yung value (wag naman sana). Nagprint lang ako nung account summary ko per month. Mukang tinanggap naman nila kasi may MR na ako.
