Good day po sa lahat! ask ko lng..masasabi po ba na mali ang input ko sa credit card expiry kung ang nailagay ko sa date is "6/2017" lng, pero ang nakalagay sa credit card is "06/2017"? kc nung type ko un "06" sa month and lilipat na ako sa pag-type sa year, automatic natatanggal un "0" sa unahan dun sa fee payment form and napupunta un "6" sa place ng "0"? ask ko po ito kasi I'm July 21 applicant and me dumating na text sa akin coming from my credit card bank, ang nakasabi "your online transaction was declined due to entering a wrong card expiry date"..feeling ko po kasi baka sa CIC un transaction na yun..if ever po na wrong un entry ko..ano po ba ang pwede solution para ma-inform ko CIC to correct it? thanks for your suggestions :-X

Same thing happened to me when I was entering the expiry date of my credit card. I hope it will not be a problem. Anyways, I'm 24Sep2014 applicant. Please keep us posted regarding your case. Good luck and God bless..

If you'll be subjected for interview later on with the process, they might require you that. May case from 2013 na nirequire sya ng mga documents na yan during interview.

Thanks, manila_kbj. Aside from the SSS, TIN at iba pang government contribution/deduction records, may iba pa pong way kaya na malaman ng CEM yung hindi ko na-declare na short-term jobs ko in the past? Do you think it will be a big deal if they will discover? Thanks!

I think the best defense is the payslip and contract. If you could provide lots of pay slips which show you have been deducted taxes, pagibig, sss, etc., it should be sufficient evidence that you are employed. The legality of the company's business is out of your control. Mukhang SSS lang naman iniiwasan ng employer mo kaya relax ka lang.

bosschips, may isa po akong part-time job sa pinas na walang SSS, PAG-IBIG, TAX deductions kasi yun ang agreement namin ni employer. Basta binabayaran lang nya ako for the work i do. I had to declare that part-time job sa application ko kasi sayang din ang points. Ano po sa tingin nyo ang magiging response ni CEM pag nalamang wala akong SSS, PAG-IBIG, etc. sa part-time job na yun? Maraming salamat!!

They told u that? I got my renewed passport now through a courier. Very on time sila. Exact 7 days nirelease yung passport ko. If that is the case na, naku magrenew na lahat ng need magrenew.

CIC does CC charge 3 times with different intervals. Sometimes weeks ang pagitan. Call the bank and ask if kanino galing yung charge.

Better jan sa Malaysia embassy ka mag inquire, lahat ng PCC application ko dito obtained lahat sa embassy except for Malaysia, sa MFA Putrajaya siya through online application. Iexplain mo lang yung reason na 1 year or more yung eligible sa online application. Double check mo muna sa website kung may update sa requirements. Note pag magbayad ka, bankdraft lang in Malaysian Ringgit, may Maybank naman jan sa Singapore. walang problema makakakuha ka bank draft or depende kung ano instruction ng Embassy jan. Tsaka sa akin dati nung nag apply ako online, payment (bank draft) plus sufficient stamp and A4 size envelope ang pinadala ko para ipapadala nila sa 'yo through national courier (Poslaju sa akin) 'pag tapos na. so far in 3 weeks dumating sa office ko. Successful naman. Kung may tanong ka, tawag ka lang sa Ministry of Foreign Affairs Putrajaya direct, ok sila. I aadvice ka naman.

Don't worry masyado, madali kumuha, yun nga lang kelangan mo maconfirm muna kung paano yung process sa situation mo (6 months stay lang).

So after explaining to the person on the other line my issue, the lady i talked to said, "cannot" daw! kelangan talaga 1 yr daw nakapag-stay sa Malaysia before they give Certificate of Good Conduct (stayed for 11 months only). Sabi ko, hinihingan kami ng police clearance for all the countries na nai-stay-han namin ng more than 6 months. Sabi ulit "Cannot" kung kelangan daw, "your country should get it"

So i guess there's nothing for me to do but wait for CEM. Then, maybe explain to them....
are they considerate with these instances ba? or will they give a letter kaya na pwede ko ipakita sa MFA? or pwedeng ma-waive or something pag mahirap talaga ma-secure yung docu?
any other pinoys who had problems securing a police clearance sa ibang country? what did you do?

Sabi ko na nga sa 'yo, minimum 1 year. 2013 pa ako nag apply, ganyan din reply sa returned mail ko. Try mo sa Malaysian embassy jan at sabihin mo lang na nirerequire ng Canada. Baka pwede nila iconsider.
Last option, try mo mag email sa MFA sa Putrajaya, i-attach mo passport copy with visa stamp (entry/exit sa malaysia) then i-attach mo din yung nasa document list "PCC" as required by Canada for FSW. Try mo lang i-convince na i-consider ka kase di ka naman na bumalik ng Malaysia. I-escalate yan sa mas mataas na tao dun malay mo baka payag din. At least yung email, pwede mong gawin proof na di ka talaga bibigyan ng Malaysia ng PCC dahil sa less than a year ka lang as special conditions sa process nila. With that, baka ma-waived yung PCC mo for malaysia. Try lang and pray... Good luck..

Explanation to CEM with attached proof of reply from MFA would be better, once na hihingin ang PCC

@ cel_mmm: I called up DFA my passport will expire sept. 2015 and they said I can renew the passport even if it will expire next year.

If the applicant has no passport, the following identity documents are accepted:

Seaman's book
Driver's license
Unified Multi-purpose (UMID) ID
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) ID
Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) ID
Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
Social Security System (SSS) card
laminated COMELEC Voter's ID

yup..up to nov 21 daw..
pero it may be earlier din..but they do not commit..
am hoping we can get it after 7 working days pa rin..like for my bunso last MAY
