Tanong lang poh ako if ilang days ba ang transit nang documents from CIC Canada to CEM?I received my PER 1 October 2014.

Good morning sa lahat! Another exciting week, hopefully lahat ng hinihintay ninyo ay mareceive na.

Share ko lang:

1. Got my 2nd line in ECAS last Saturday afternoon (Friday morning ko nareceive ang MR).

2. Nareceive ko na yung reply ng CIO nung nag-inquire ako sa kanila about the status of my application (using CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca). I sent the inquiry last August 31 (take note: I got charged - September 11, PER - September 18) so hindi ko na inexpect ang reply nila. Hindi ko pa kasi alam tong forum that time kaya clueless ako sa timeline ng process. Kung alam ko lang nun, hinintay ko na lang din sana yung CC charge hehe. Got their reply last October 18: "Your file was reviewed by our office and an email was sent to you on 18 Sept 2014. Your file has been transferred to the visa office in Manila. Please direct further enquiries to that office." So meaning magrereply pa din sila kahit anong mangyari. Kaya sa mga naghihintay ng reply from CIO, konting abang lang po. Pansin ko lang na medyo tumagal sila magreply kasi halos 1 1/2 months na yun.

According to international thread seniors, it is best to send a Case Specific Enquiry when your file has reached 10 weeks (70 days) in CIO. They will reply within 30-40 days which is parallel to the estimated charge date of your file. At least you could get a good picture of what's happening there during the crucial time of charging week (on your lodge date).

Calculate day 100 of your application using: http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html

Then send an e-mail to cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca. Try to inquire professionally using business style writing.

hello sarah crew, here is the email add expressonline @ bpi.com.ph. make sure to call first to get a reference then make that as your subject to your email so they can easily locate your request.

oo maraming beses din akong tumawag- aug, sept (3x ata) then oct 3 nga ako nacharged. okay lang yun just to make sure.

Hello!!! I'm just waiting for my WES report scheduled to be completed on nov 12,2014. I am worried that NOC 3012 might reach the cap by the time my application reach the CIO. Is there any other NOC i can apply for to be safe?

Hi Becky, I used yahoo mail but I believe that your gmail account will do. And I agree with bosschips, make sure the email address has no spaces: CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry(no space)@(no space)cic.gc.ca

kahit na, bosschips. i copied the e-mail address straight from cic's website. i tried to e-mail twice (sept. and oct.) using gmail. ayaw pa din.

on second thought.... did your e-mails have attachments? mine kasi had attachments. that might be the reason.

Online predictions say that 3012 will close on the 1st week of December. But I believe it will be earlier because of the aspiring QSW applicants (who did not meet the CAP due to recent closure of the program last August) are now redirected by agencies to apply to FSW. Take note that Philippines is the #2 source of immigrants in CA and we have A LOT of nurses.

Here are the other alternatives which are ICE COLD (You could apply until May 31, 2015 without fear of CAP):

3233 Licensed practical nurses
3011 Nursing co-ordinators and supervisors
0311 Managers in health care


3233 could be a viable option if you could play around with your Job Description (Nurse Associates/ Nurse assistant/ OR technicians, etc.)
3011 and 0311 are for the managerial level nurses (Head Nurses/Supervisors and Director of Nursing/Chief Nurse)
