Hi Everybody!

I am really hoping that somebody can help me out on this... I submitted my application last June and i just got my PER last night. On Form IMM5562E, the supplementary information for travels, i only included all my travels before June 2014. Do i have to submit an updated form to include my travel after June? Or do i have to wait for a request for updates before submitting an updated form? i rechecked the application guide on the cic website to see if there are any instructions regarding this particular form after submission of the application and i couldn't find any.

Any advice or input would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

I talked to my agent yesterday and updated na daw ang VO sa new Rep.

Cant help but comment. Pls tell ur agent na after cc charging PER muna. Layo pa ng MR kamo. Though the current development for all fswp 2014 applicants is the RPRF, doc/ info request at MR sinasabay sabay na after PER. And good thing lahat no interviews ( thank you CEM for trusting our documentary submissions).
Pag cc charged ka na relax relax na darating na rin PER mo sooner or later basta claim mo na darating yan.
Congratulations sa lahat ng cc charged PER at MR!

you can either send your updated travel forms dun sa email na nakalagay when you receive your MR or you can include it with your RPRF if you're sending it via courier, with cover letter.

hello rb107f, under CIC ako. nagsend ako ng query sa CIO using my company email add at yan lang reply sa kin. other CIC clients said they received their PER on their personal emails pero in my case, wala akong natanggap sa yahoo id ko so I asked my agent this morning but no update till now. so what i did next was check my status on ECAS so yun nga.

Just received my PER yesterday, so no MR yet and naka lagay dun sa PER na "do not to forward any add'l docs unless requested" then yung kasunod na paragraph says to inform your VO of any changes (naka lista po lahat ung possible changes, but additional travels were not included), so mejo may conflict, nagka analysis paralysis ako dun, ahahaha, but in order to erase any doubt, i sent them an inquiry thru the webform just to be sure... update ko lng po kayo if may answer na sila sa query ko... If they don't reply, i'll be taking @ppmom's advice.

hello groundzero! yes, claim ko na to kasi nakita ko naman na sa ECAS na IN PROCESS ang status. actually, nagemail kahapon si CIC sakin informing that they already sent my updated Rep Form to MVO, it will be delivered today per tracking. Still waiting for my agent's feedback regarding PER email. I thought CIO would send it to my personal yahoo ID pero wala eh. siguro nga sa kanila sinend..SANA! ;D wag lang maligaw yun..Lord!
