Hello guys! My husband kase may maintenance sa blood pressure nya slightly increased kase and may protein trace sya lage sa kanyang urinalysis. Kelangan ba ideclare namen agad yun? Would that be a big problem? His bp was normalized nman baka dahil din s maintenace meds nya. What would u suggest guys! Ngpprepare lang aq for our MR request hehehe got per sept 15

Parehas tayo preparing for MR. May maintenance din ang wife ko (slight goiter) and have undergone surgery in the past but hindi naman ganun ka critical na mga medical problems. We are planning to declare everything during medical exam. I think mas risky kung hindi ideclare, I know that there's a medical history database but I'm not sure if all the physicians has the access.

If something has not been declared at na found out later, it will still be a ground against you at pwedeng pauwiin kahit na sa Canada na. But I would still like to hear the thoughts of our Kababayans here in this forum?

I didn't ask the company's HR, but ako mismo naka receive ng call from local MVO for verification re: job responsibilities

hello Athena73, i received the call after two days after PER receipt (before MR). that call gave me a hint na andyan na pala yung application ko sa MVO.

Thanks for sharing your experience, wadz! Worried lang kasi ako baka tawagan yung isa kong employer sa part-time job ko, balita ko kasi nasa US sya ngayon for vacation hehe. Pero ang bilis pala matransfer ng file kasi 2 days after PER hawak na nila yung sayo. So I guess nasa kanila na file ko (3rdweek na ngayon) at until now wala pa namang kumocontact sa akin for personal/phone interview. Hopefully ok naman at hindi na sila tumawag sa employer haha!

hi jmfe, hindi naman siguro dahil sa location kung bakit mabilis ang transmission. eMedical enabled yung clinic na napuntahan namin, directly inupload nila sa CIC yung results & hindi na kelangan ipadaan tru courier.

Yep. I think hindi emedical ang SLEC kaya 2 weeks ata ang transmittal

For the first part: The medical history of patients are CONFIDENTIAL. Conversation between doctor and patient is also a privileged communication which means confidential and cannot be disclosed without the consent of the patient.

For the second part: Wala ako idea ;D

Sa mga gusto mag agency...i DIY nyo nalang. Basahin lang ng husto ang checklist at application guide sa CIC site (not cic consultancy).Time is of the essence na dahil sa cap. Mas mapapadali ang completion if kayo mismo mag prepare.
Ako nag agency December 2013, paid in full by February 2014, then by March 2014 even before the FSW2014 announcement kinuha ko na lahat papel sa kanila so nag DIY nalang ako nung nag open ang FSW2014 ;D. Thank you God for giving me a hint and guiding me.
Sayang ang pera pero kesa ma stress ako sa agent sige nalang kanila na pera ko. CHARGED to experience. :-X :

yung PER ko umabot pa sa email nung naunang rep...
eh honest naman si "CIC" na naginform sila sa CEM so baka kaya sa personal email kami kinontak... gaya nga ng sabi ko dati... pati wife ko sinendan sa personal email nya nung MR... gagawa ng paraan si CEM na mareceive natin yung mga dapat mareceive... have patience and faith lang...

right now paranoid na kami ni misis sa medical... hopefully all goes well...
payo ko sa mga makakareceive palang ng MR... agahan nyo magmedical... haha... ang daming tatakbo sa isip nyo... ;D

very bad experienced with them. after you pay them, everything is forgotten. They don't even know how to answer simple question. In the end, I was the one who process my application.
