Hi,

I'm a newcomer. Does anyone knows if the spouse of the main applicant needs to submit all requirements
for the FSW application written in 5612F - same with the main applicant?

And if let us say the application of the main applicant was approved (hopefully ), is the spouse eligible
to work in Canada as well?

sa job description at coe dapat ba mgmatch yung position sa mga titles under that noc?

what if yung position mo sa company hindi mo mahanap sa titles of that noc, but yung job scope is exactly as what it says in the noc?

I'm still single po, do I need to tick the box "did not travel" for below items?
b) your spouse or common-law union
c-e) your dependent child 18 years old or older

or iwanan ko lang unticked, then put N/A sa Given Names, Length, Destination, Purpose of Travel?

questions regarding proof of funds. as what i've read, bank statement for at least six months is necessary in the later stage. for example, for a family of 4 you are expected to have at least 21k plus in your account. what if your balance in some of the months there is less than the desired amount. will it affect your chances of getting a visa?

Question with regards to filling out pdf forms such as Schedule 3: economic classes, there are only 5 boxes for the main responsibilities for each occupation. Did you select only the 5 main roles?

Also, the box can't accommodate full sentences to be typed as with my job description. Did you just use phrases instead of full sentences?

naglagay kami ng attachment since nagsabi naman sila na kapag di kasya sa space provided, pwede gumawa ng attachment. ilagay mo lang ang applicant's name sa top ng paper, number ng question na sinasagutan mo. Nilagay lang namin sa box ay "kindly see attached"

you don't have to. Ilagay mo lang NA sa unang box.

yup meron na kong WES pero di ba hinihingi din ng CIC ang TOR pero tama ba ko na nasa checklist is "if available"... Napaparanoid lang ako sa TOR ko dahil may 2 filipino subjects... Di naman nila cguro iinvalid yung TOR ko as non-english document dahil sa 2 subjects na naka tagalog? Overthinking lang po ba ako? Salamt sa replies

May mga docs kasi na principal applicant lang ang kailangang magsubmit, meron din na kailangan ang spouse. you need to read and understand each instructions. For example, under Work Experience, nakalgay dun "For the Principal Applicant". So yung applicant lang ang mabibigay ng copies ng COE nya. Under "Proof of LAnguage Proficiency" kung magki-claim ng points ang spouse, then kailangan po magsubmit ang spouse nyo ng IELTS result.

Sa huling question mo po, Kung kasama ang spouse sa application, yes dahil immigrant status po ang inaplayan nyo. PR na kayo so makakapagawork ang spouse mo.
