Hi. I am a silent reader all this time but I can't help to share the good news. I am now part of the PER club! :D

Application received: May 14
DD encashed: Aug 18
PER email: Sept 4
NOC 3012

I want to give hope to others as well. I read in the previous pages of anxious nurses (same here) whose WES evaluation is 2 years. I got the same and my self calculated points is 67. But here I am rejoicing and the smile won't leave my face. Patiently wait for that life-changing email/mail. I know we all deserve it!

Does anyone have an idea on how long is the usual timeframe from PER to MR request? I lost track of the timeline. Hehe. Appreciate any response. Thank you.

congrats ZCass! :)

Hello po,

Patulong nmn guys, nkuha n nmin NBI nmin kso mgkaiba ung remarks ng saken at ng s hubby ko.. Saken is " NO DEROGATORY RECORD" whereas ung s knya is "NO RECORD ON FILE"..

Ok lng ba yan?

hi dustincarlisle,

hindi pa kame nakaka-submit ng NBI sa Manila VO, pero both me & my wife's NBI has "NO DEROGATORY RECORD" written on it. in my opinion, ok lang naman yung sa husband mo. base dun sa MR/PCC email ng Manila VO (i think you may have receive a similar email content with regards to NBI Clearances):

Philippine NBI Clearances must be issued within the last six months. If the NBI Clearance shows any of the following remarks: Record as Stated, No Criminal Record, or No Pending Case, you must also submit:
- Certification issued by the NBI outlining all criminal charges/cases including the description of the charge, date when the charge was filed and the disposition of the charge
- Own written detailed account of circumstances surrounding and leading up to the criminal charges listed on the NBI certification
- Regardless if case is dismissed or ongoing, all court documents relating to the criminal cases listed which include but are not limited to police report/blotter, court transcripts, and court judgements.

hello po,
Ask ko po sana about the photo specification.

Yung 6 copies po ba is all in plain white background?

Thanks po ;)

Great Image any SM Branch :)

I got this from another thread:

"No record on file" - initial NBI clearance
"No derogatory Record" - succeeding request/renewal
"No criminal record" - a case was filed and case was either dismissed or applicant won the case. This one needs an explanation from NBI but I read somewhere that NBI wants a request coming from Canadian Embassy Manila

hope that helps :)

Hi bro, we just took the passport size photo from Photoline store. Saktong sakto sya photo specs. 80 pesos lang for 6 pieces kaya sakto din sa needed.

Goodluck ;D

Question guys, my friend is also applying for FSW. She already got her COEs from all her previous and current employer. However, nawala niya ang mga Job Contracts niya (Job Offer letters). Will her COE or JD suffice for the job contracts?

Thanks in advance. :D

Di na kelangan ng job contracts ang mahalaga yung COE with detailed description of roles and responsibility. Pero di ko masyado sure since I have not submitted my application yet. Pero yan pagkakaintindi ko sa mga nabasa ko dito sa forum.

Ay mali pagkakaintindi ko. Di pala sa di kailangan pero pagkakaintindi ko pwede kahit wala yun. Nakalagay kase "additional supporting documents may include job contracts and pay stubs". Sana tama intindi ko kase nawala ko na din ung job contract ko from my previous company eh..
