Guys,may tanong ako tungkol sa relative's proof. The case is my aunt was already married and divorced way before and that her passport is still PERALTA-SMITH. She opted not to change her last name. What I have is her and my dad's birth certificate which, just of course, stated only PERALTA as last name.

Do I have to show her marriage certificate? Or no need? Anyway, in her passport shows birth place and birthdate. Comments please!!!!

It would be better if you could provide also the marriage certificate for stronger proof of relationship. Make sure mo lang that the name of your dad and aunt's parents name is correctly spelled in the birth and marriage certificate to show that they have at least one common parent. I also have an uncle in Canada and I provided both documents.

Meron lang ako tanong sa mga gumamit ng credit card pra sa payment nila. Meron bang gumamit ng Citibank? OK nman ba ang pag charge at wlang naging problema? tinawagan ba kau ng citibank bago nila i charge ung payment nio sa CIC? ilang days kaya ang hihintayin ko pa? application received ko ay June 30. meron ba kau record ng number na ginagamit ng citibank sa pagtawag. nandito kc ako ngaun sa singapore pero dala ko pa rin ung globe number ko. ang problema ang dami paring tumatwag sa number ko na mga nagaalok ng kung ano ano kya di ko sinasagot.

hi, nung pinadala ko yung apps ko last 16 Aug 14, ang Sched 3 was still May 2013 but pag inopen mo Aug 2013 ang nakalagay at yun ang nagamit ko...I compared the forms and I did not find difference..Baka pinalitan lang nila from 2013 to 2014... Also wondered bakit old form kayo last year kasi Aug 2013 naman ang form..Di kaya cap filled ang reason kaya binalik ang application nyo?..Just asking...hope you can clarify...Tnx...

Its a long story...we have engaged with a incompetent agent recommended by a friend whose now in toronto in early 2013. Ngsubmit kmi ng application last Nov 2013 but application returned due to form not updated SCHED 3. Before we submit my agent and I are preparing to fill-out forms nung MAY 2013 and waiting nlang s ECA report.. Meaning nung May2013 ready for submission nadelay lang ECA report (ICAS super bagal ng process) na nreceived lang nmin last Oct2013.. But my agent didn't check updated forms in CIC website basta nlng pinasa or maybe nagcheck pero nakalagy dun is May2013 pero ung file is Aug 2013 na. haissst
We have just waste our time and money.. This time DIY n ung application namin..

Hi! I used citibank CC. May 21 applicant ako. Nakakareceive ka ba ng text message everytime ginagamit mo yung CC mo? Usually through text sila nagiinform to say yung recent transaction then call 995-9999 if may problem. Once they blocked my card for a suspicious transaction kasi I ordered a card from an online shop called funkycards hehe They just sent an SMS to tell me it's been blocked temporarily and I need to call them. Yung other landlines nila telemarketer yun like 025548900.

Just an info and question:
all Forms must be up to date, recently I have submitted my application and recieved by CIC last 15th Aug.
All forms used in the application are up to date when CIC recieved it.
Just now, when I checked the forms in website CIC confirmed that they have issued an updated form for SCHED 3. (August 2014)

To our fellow FSW applicants who will be submitting their application package, make sure double or triple check all forms used are up to date.. No room for mistake this time coz this will be our last chance for FSW.. Wag n ntin hintayin ung express entry next year kasi pataasan ng credentials ang labanan dun.
(By experience nadali na kmi sa previous application namin last year kasi hindi up to date ung SCHED 3 form na nagamit namin kasi ung nasa website nla May 2013 but if you open file ang date nia is Aug 2013 kaya return application kami.. waaaah)
Ask ko lang sa mga seniors, Since CIC have updated SCHED 3 form this month (Aug 2014) and my application received also this month with SCHED 3 form (Aug 2013) up to date that time. Malalaman ba officer na ung SCHED 3 form na ginamit ko is ung updated that time, since it also falls in the same month (Aug).. ???

haha binabawasan ko na nga ang forum kasi mas nagiging anxious lang ako. Pero sana talaga before October may PER na. Otherwise, pursue ko muna ang application ko sa UK.

I'll be lodging this Aug 29! Para dating ng application ko is September 1.

Ha ha ha! Oo nga kailangan lagyan na natin ng isang piraso ang 3011 para hindi siya maging ice cold NOC.

May katanungan lang po ako para sa document IMM 0008 Schedule 3. Napansin ko pong nabago na ang YEARS of EXPERIENCE under item 12b WORK EXPERIENCE.

1 year
2 to 3 years
4 to 5 years
6 years or more

Paano po kapag ang tenure ko sa isang work ko before ay 3 years and 11months? Wala na sa pagpipilian yung 3 to 4 years Ano po ang ilalagay ko?
